after researching Handypersons, I contacted Sam (Simon) to discuss options for repair of my front security screen door which needed to be re-hung due to age and hinge failure. After brief description of the issues and sending him some photos to review,I made an appointment for 10:00. Simon was punctual, he came prepared with the necessary tools and after inspection of the door he was ready to undertake the repairs. Simon recommended replacement of the existing hinges with stronger hinges and was able to re-use the existing frame. He went to Home Depot for the additional materials at no additional charge! Excellent professionalism. Simon completed the repair in a timely manner, kept me informed throughout, he charged the agreed upon price and was professional, experience, polite and knowledgeable. Upon completion, after inspection, we discussed additional projects as I am so pleased with the quality of his work that I look forward to having him help me with other repairs and installations that I no longer want to tackle on my own. Sam responded to my website request for service promptly. Sam was at the house just a few hours from the request. Sam explained what the issue with the icemaker was and presented two options that were available to get it back to working order. Based on the age of the fridge we opted to get the replacement parts.
