Great experience! We moved into a home that had a LG front load washer. It worked for about 4 months, then I got an error code. LK came out, diagnosed the problem, and told me to contact LG to see if the motor was still under warranty. I gave LG the previous owner's contact information, and as it was 8 years old, they transferred the warranty and honored it. I would buy another LG appliance, as they stand behind their product. When LK got the motor in, they installed it the next day. They applied the cost of the first visit to the total, and I am up and running again. I would highly recommend them!! read more

Very positive experience! I had an issue with my fridge not working- Arturas came over not long after I placed the service call on a Saturday. He was very patient and careful in diagnosing the matter and come to find out the new digital fridge we had bought simply had been reset and turned "off" and he helped us to reset it.
