I called on a Sunday and left a message. They returned my call within 5 minutes. Set me up for an appointment Monday morning. Arthur was the repair guy. He was prompt and dressed for COVID restrictions. Arthur was very professional and very informative. He made my day when he reassured me he could fix my 2 1/2 year old washer. The first repair company told me I needed a new washer. And to have fun shopping for it. My washer is running well. All I needed was to have the pump cleaned out, it was clogged. After reading reviews on LK Appliance Repair, set up an appointment to have our ice maker repaired. They ordered parts, had to come a few times, didn't charge labor for one visit; and , ultimately, couldn't fix the problem. We were issued a full refund after all of the work on their part. Refrigerator stopped working although it was fairly new. Art checked it out and said an entire electrical system would have to be ordered and installed, and that it would cost more than the refrigerator was worth.
