I'm really glad I found this company. I have a 24-year old Kenmore washing machine that has been a true workhorse. In March, it started leaking underneath. Appliance Works sent out Javon who easily diagnosed the problem, but did not have the part needed to replace a hose with a hole in it, and had to return the next day. Javon showed up when he said he would, was very polite and pleasant, and knew what he was doing. My beloved Kenmore is once again leak-free! The office staff at Appliance Works deserves kudos also--good communication with customers and friendly demeanor. Duane arrived on time, found the problem with our dryer immediately because of his experience and showed us the problem and where it was. In our case the old dryer was a fire hazard because of poor quality construction and we chose to replace rather than fix as a new won was cheaper than fixing the old one. I called Appliance Works as my dryer was making a loud rubbing sound when I turned it on. They sent Christine out around noon and by 1:30 she had it purring like a kitten. She replaced the belt and four rollers, it was a little pricey but a whole lot cheaper than a new one. I am very pleased with the service and quick response time.
