Called on Thursday they said they couldn't be out till Monday which is fine... they gave me a 12 to 4 Repair window so I knew I was about 20 minutes away at work. I told him I needed a half hour call prior. They said they would call when they were a half hour out. My son called me around 1 o'clock to say they were at the house. Should he let them in? I told him yes, I got on the phone with the guy and told him I was supposed to get a call he said he tried to call which I've never really had issues getting calls, so I'm not sure if he actually tried to call. I said I was on my way home and I looked and the map said I was 14 minutes from home. I told the guy I'd be there in less than 20 by the time I got in the house the oven was on already and heating. So he repaired the oven in about 15 minutes, but here's the part where the one star review comes in. I explained to him that a year prior I had a burnt wire and they charged me $105 total. he said it was the same issue. He just trimmed the wire and reattached it told me it was $225. I tried arguing with him that they said the diagnostic fee was to be removed when they did the repair he said yeah he took off the $105. so I asked him if he was charging me $225 for 12 minutes worth of work to which he said that's the shop minimum. when I called today, the girl who answered the phone, didn't know of any such minimum. I explained to her that about a year ago there was no parts involved so they only charged me the trip charge anyway, I wouldn't use them as I feel they are a rip off would not recommend them because he did the repair without even getting permission from me. Basically it was done before I got to the house you would think he would've said hey this is the issue it's going to cost this much instead when I got home within 15 minutes of when he called to say he was there he told me it was $225 and he had fixed it. I would put a zero start if I could. Cameron came into our home to fix our built-in microwave/convection oven. After less than 10 minutes, he told us that our microwave/convection oven was too old. He said the the mother-board was no good and he can't find the parts to repair it because it was too old. He charged us $105.00. The next day we drove into Gilbert to purchase a new one, but it had to be ordered from Spencers. The cost for a new oven was $2048.00. Two days latter Cameron text us asking for the model # of the oven. (We thought, how did he check on the part if he didn't have the model number?) So we called an appliance repair shop in Phoenix, told them the model # and they said they have parts but don't drive to Casa Grande. So we took our oven straight to them and they fixed it for $269 plus tax (diagnosis and repair). We stopped the order of the new oven from Spencers and now we have our old matching oven back in our home working perfectly! read more

My garage refrigerator which was 11 years old and used mostly to keep water and pop cold finally gave up the ghost and I gave these folks a call to see if it was worth saving. They contacted me almost right away and responded with a service tech within 24 hours which I thought was amazing. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable and worth it as they gave me straight up advice and allowed me to make up my own mind whether to repair or replace. Due to the repair cost and age of the unit I decided on replace paid my diagnostic fee and they were on their way in short order Tech's were very friendly arrived on time, and very professional. My first review was a 5 because I thought they had fixed my ice maker. Very nice and personable guys, But They've tried to fix my ice maker several times at the price of over $500 each time. Never can get it fixed even though they had it for over a week each time (they took it from my home to their shop). Finally gave up and will have to buy another. Too bad I didn't do that to begin with instead of trying over and over again to get it fixed. Wasted good money I could have spent replacing it. We are in an 5th wheel and our friends had a problem with their fridge. My husband was over there & told him about our wash machine and he came over & fixed it and gave us some good advice. Cameron is a great personable guy. He is a problem solver and no nonsense kinda guy! He said he is busy and doesn't need to Jack people around. They gave me a receipt that just showed my reason for the call... I've asked numerous times for a receipt that shows what he did to fix the problem....they will not respond to my requests! I was quoted a price and paid a percentage of it on my credit card...then the remaining balance after the work was done....but then he charged my daughter another $100 and I didn't get the copy of the estimate until the day the work was accomplished! When I signed the contract he only had the signature portion exposed...not the price...I trusted....now I don't...never will again! Granted I had to work the day of repair but my 33yr old daughter was there. So I now wonder if a fuse supposably being replaced was really ever done....maybe it was just a hard water buildup that needed scraped off....makes me wonder if they can't give me a receipt that tells me what they did I can't recommend this company and I will steer anyone who needs a recommendation away from this company! We very satisfied. Our refrigerator wasn't working properly in our motor home at Desert Springs Ranch & Resort, Cameron, the technician was able to service the refrigerator and replace our ice maker. Needed my gas oven fixed back in the end of November or beginning of December. I had them send a technician out, and he found that the motherboard was not working. Our technician was wonderful, and we wish he had his own repair service. However, we ran into quite the problem with getting the part. They said it would be here in February, so we waited. Ultimately the part kept being pushed back every week until April. I informed them I'm going to have other repair services come out to see if they can get the part quicker, as I can't keep waiting for my oven to be fixed. Now, this is the problem I have with them, they told me it is a National shortage issue with that part and to feel free to call other places but no one will be able to get that part any quicker. That was an absolute lie. I called Jeff's Appliance Repair and he came out and had the part shipped to him within two days!! When I called back to cancel with my appliance repair pro, I let them know that he was Samsung certified and that is how he got the part so quickly. She seemed aware that someone with that certification could get the part. I wouldn't go through this company unless you want to be charged more AND wait forever. read more

I hired this company a couple of times things have changed for the worse I always though they were a fair company until today.......... I hired them to put in a garbage disposal and microwave ( I purchased the same micro for easy install. Cameron was in my house 30 total minutes for installs and charged me 285.00 labor! Buyer beware!!!!! Update on top of everything else a month later I find he didn't tighten my under sink pipes!!! Lucky I found it before major problems!!! read more

Cameron did a great job. My wamachine was dripping water, He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, fixed it as soon as the part came in. Great friendly service from a local company. Price seemed reasonable, never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Update. I was told that if I ever had an appliance emergency just to let them know and they would no doubt fit me in same day if I called early in the day. My ice maker has not worked since October. Another repairman put in a new ice maker but it still didn't work and after waiting 3 months for him to come back, I called these guys. Indeed very friendly and seemed knowledgeable, but after paying them $600+ my ice maker still doesn't work. I feel like he just guessed and put in a bunch of parts that cost me a lot of money. His only response was that he could come back and put in a new ice maker, but I have already spent almost $1000 between this guy and the last, I could have purchased a new refrigerator for not much more! So no, I don't recommend this company. I feel like after you charge me over $600 for nothing, you should be willing to do whatever it takes to make the appliance work. read more

My mother called this company to repair a leaking ice maker. She informed them the person would need to where a mask during the service. Cameron showed up with no mask..Informed my mother he was vaccinated and did not have to where one. He proceeded to replace the ice maker which fixed the leak. He charged her over $300 and said he had to take the old ice maker. He informed here he would probably fix it and use it for another customer. The new ice maker constantly made ice and never shut off. taking a look at the situation I found the on/off bail was not the right length and would never engage the ice to auto shutoff. The company was called again and Cameron returned (this time with a mask) to verify the on/off bail was the incorrect length. He informed my mother that did not have the right part and would have to order it. He also informed her he could use the one from her old unit as he had already used that for another customer. The company is now not returning calls over a month later and has not fixed the issue. I went online and found the part available in stock in less than 5 min.
