The owner, Gabriel, was quick to respond and arrived less than 24 hours later. Very professional. Explained the causes and fixes very well. Seemed to be trying to avoid replacing any (expensive) parts, if it could be avoided. Gabriel and trainee spent about 1.5 hours at house and charged very reasonably. A few hours after they left, ice cubes were again being made, so no parts needed. Very satisfied.

Today, March 5, 2026, I had a second company come take a look, and they immediately pointed out that the rollers installed Fischer Appliance were used. I paid for a full replacement and was given old parts installed by the sketch owner, complete garbage! Do not trust this business. If you hire him, you'll just end up feeling scammed and disappointed. Save your money and go with an honest company. The reason I didn't bring Fletcher out because he was trying to charge me again doesn't stand behind their work! total thieves run this guy and his son that run this company. Your son, Brad, was the technician assigned to our claim. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely concerning. Brad was disrespectful and unprofessional toward both my husband and me. He refused to address the issue with the dishwasher, specifically stating that unclogging the hose was not his responsibility and telling my husband it was a "you problem." He repeatedly addressed my husband as "bud" and spoke to me in a similarly dismissive manner, referring to me as "lady." He ultimately instructed us to "take it up with Lowe's," showed no interest in resolving the issue, and ended the call by hanging up on me. For clarity, the entire interaction was recorded on our home security system, and portions were also recorded on my son's phone. Brad was made aware of this and indicated he did not care. I believe it would be appropriate to review this incident with your son and ensure that customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

We bought two bed sets, one king mattress, sectional couch, and a kitchen table. We spend over 4K in one day trying to furnish our newlyweds home. We had to replace our matress within months of getting it. This was not that big of a deal, because it was cheap and didn't support ether of us. The bed set we bought, was the most expensive one they offered, now squeaks and shifts as we move in and out of bed, but still holding up. The worst thing I bought from here is the sectional couch! The frame broke within 4 months of buying it! The seat supports also broke short after that. I called the store for a warranty coverage, and all they did was give me an email to send pictures of the damage. NOTHING happened! The worse thing is the couch back support popped out with several nails sticking out and my 1 year old son ran by it and it scratched his face!
