We had to replace our matress within months of getting it. This was not that big of a deal, because it was cheap and didn't support ether of us. The bed set we bought, was the most expensive one they offered, now squeaks and shifts as we move in and out of bed, but still holding up. The worst thing I bought from here is the sectional couch! The frame broke within 4 months of buying it! The seat supports also broke short after that. I called the store for a warranty coverage, and all they did was give me an email to send pictures of the damage. NOTHING happened! The worse thing is the couch back support popped out with several nails sticking out and my 1 year old son ran by it and it scratched his face! So so so disappointed in the quiality if their furniture. I do not recommend buying furniture from here if you will use it daily and have a family. Expect it to fall apart. I had no trouble at all with the app. Yesterday I picked it up and when I got home I loaded it up with all my favorites like my old iPad. Everything was great but when I went to scroll it was difficult. I had to slide up three or four times till it took. Today, Bev, and I went back to Best Buy and they had the same issue with scrolling. The manager said I could get one from the open box /sale/display items to trade. They did not have any so he said to get a new one around that price. I was beyond thrilled to see Best Buy stand behind their product. The Apple iPad is great. Belinda was the sales lady that helped me yesterday when I picked up the item. She is so friendly ,professional, kind and understanding. She was fabulous and knowledgeable. It made picking up the item a joy. Today when I was bringing the iPad back Belinda was at the front door welcoming people in. She smiled big and called me by name. (She remembered me) and asked what I was up too. I showed her the issue and she called the manager over. He took great care of me. I think his name was Shepard.
