The staff ensures paper towels are in the restrooms, as well as soap. I've seen them often throughout this 3 day convention. Parking is very limited, so the earlier you arrive before such an event, the better chances in scoring a parking space. Otherwise, you have to park in the garage and pay. I do recall one year, we didn't have to pay for this event but not sure if that is the same. We were blessed to get parking both times we came to watch our daughter :)

I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would give this company a D-. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The carpet in the hallways looked terrible. The bathroom is tiny, with poor water pressure, and could use an extra hook or towel rack. There is an in-room coffee maker but I had to beg for coffee, Splenda, and creamers everyday. Also, for some reason washcloths were a highly coveted rare item.
