After letting my carpet dry for a few days, I noticed that there was a brown line, running up my stairs, which looked to be from the hose that they used (this was not there before they cleaned my carpets). Also, there were very light stains in my kids bedrooms that came back instantly. When I reached out to let them know, they were again, very responsive and scheduled me for the next week. On the day of my cleaning, I received a text that their equipment was broke down, and that somebody would be in contact with me to reschedule. After I did not receive a call, I sent them a text message with no response. I then sent them a text every day for five days with no response. I then emailed Oscar and Sandy and even called the call center to have someone call me back, with no response. They claim to have a guarantee on their work but when you need them to come back out they will not respond to you. I would definitely suggest reaching out to another company. It looks like Oscar is very responsive on yelp to bad reviews, so I'm hoping he will rectify this situation.

He said it wasn't something he could do. It seem kind of weird because I went up there by myself two years ago and was able to bend a 2" x 2" area of the mesh down to allow airflow with just my hand. I am disabled now, so I can't go out there. But anyway, then I asked him if he could just clean the vent because I definitely think it's got a build up of lint because the dryer is running hot and it is a gas dryer. He declined to do the cleaning either... Which is weird because I've cleaned it multiple times with my vacuum since it's only about 3 feet long. I just can't get on the ladder anymore to do that.
