The grounds and atmosphere at Del Puerto High School were relaxing, warm and welcoming. The students seemed to enjoy the FREE Garb we laid out for them on our clothed table and some had questions about Mental Health. Hopefully, this year of 2024 will afford a new invitation from Del Puerto High School; from them to us. We'd be honored to do a presentation at your school and if possible indoors, for your students where live, lived-experience speakers present on the subject of reducing Stigma & living with mental illness and coping skills included. Suicide Prevention & Hope is also covered within these presentations. There are two: IOOV= In Our Own Voice & ETS = Ending the Silence. Following each presentation is the freedom for the students & speakers to speak to each other with an "open Mic" Question & Answer Session. Our speakers LOVE to answer questions helpfully. As with all of our offerings; our presentations reach many and are complimentary aka: NO COST :) We leave your students with optional zero-cost "garb" such as lanyards, stress squeeze balls, and supportive literature on many mental health conditions that they can leave with (brochures). Like many of us, I was so nervous to send my Covid-era…read morebaby out into the world and start his school journey, but from our first tour of the school, I started to feel like it was going to be okay. I was given very detailed information about what the program would entail and was able to see a class in session before enrolling. As my son completes pre-k in a few weeks, I have to give a shout out to Ms. Mayte and the team (especially Ms. Seena and Ms. Miriam) for all they have done for us. My son started the school year pretty shy and apprehensive and has blossomed into a bubbly and social preschooler. It's been an amazing thing to see. The school gives us regular updates throughout the week on the Brightwheel app and anytime I've had any questions or needed some time to chat, I would hear back from his teachers promptly. We get photos through the app as well that are always exciting. Sometimes it's a snap of playtime, a celebration, or completing a milestone and receiving kudos. Along with the basics of letters and numbers, my son has gotten to learn about different cultural holidays and has loved telling us what he's learned. He always seems to be doing a new activity and doing the half day program has definitely been the right choice for our family. Ms. Mayte took the time to really get to know our son and has been instrumental in all areas of his development this year. I can only hope that he will continue to have great teachers for the rest of his academic journey!

It's nerve-racking when you first bring your child to school and it's their first time being away from you, but my worries quickly dissipated after seeing the unconditional care, dedication, professionalism, skill, collaboration, and love demonstrated by Ms. Mayte and all the staff at Montessori school of Tracy. We are excited for our child to continue to learn and grow at the Montessori school of Tracy.

My daughter is 3 1/2 and has been with Kingdom Kids since June 2016. She had only been watched by…read moremy dad, no daycare, and no siblings so I was nervous about her starting preschool. The staff at Kingdom Kidd is truly amazing. They eased my fears, and after touring the school, seeing how kind they are with the kids, it just felt right. Now my daughter LOVES school. I took her to picture day which was not her usual day, and she was so sad she had to leave school after the pictures. The teachers Miss Stefani and Miss Stacey are so sweet and patient, and you can feel their love for teaching. Miss Emily the Director is very involved and also great with the kids. Miss Peggy the admin is really amazing. She cares and really works with you. The staff truly makes you feel like you are part of their family. My daughter now counts all the way to 10 at home, and seems to recognize her written name. Thanks Kingdom Kidz!
