I have been seeing Dr Tillery for about 14 years. She is kind, knowledgeable and a holistic doctor (focusing on more than just female related health, but the entire picture). She listens and speaks to me like an intelligent adult. I do agree with the original reviewer, she is slow to provide response to test results, BUT, she will eventually provide a review/response - sometimes remotely (which is great because then I don't have to go in for yet another visit). read more

Dr. Tillery as a person is incredibly kind and friendly with good bedside manner. However, as a professional, I have never been more disappointed in a physician. If you just need a routine pap, then you're fine to go here because that was quick and easy, but Lord help you if you need blood work done! I called to schedule an appt in Nov of 2016 and was told the earliest available was March 2017. Due to her previously good reviews, I scheduled the appt and waited. When it finally rolled around, I went in for my well-woman exam and Dr. Tillery told me I may have insulin-resistant PCOS. Talk about a bombshell. That would mean I could have infertility issues and could even have diabetes down the road. As someone who is almost underweight, this was a total shock. So she had me go get a bunch of blood work done. That was in mid-March. An entire month went by before I was told the lab didn't do one of the tests and I needed to go back. I don't see how it takes an entire month to realize that, but okay. I went and got the other test done ... and I've never heard from Dr. Tillery again. I lost count of the number of times I called the office asking about my results and even asking to speak to the doctor directly. Every single time, I was "guaranteed" a call back the next day. I never once received a call back. Not one. I literally have not even heard Dr. Tillery's voice since my appointment in March. That is beyond unacceptable. How do you tell someone they may have a health issue and then just refuse to call them and tell them what their results are?! That's not only unprofessional, but really just cruel. I finally just asked for a copy of my test results to be sent directly to me, which I was eventually granted. So all I got out of my visit was a $100 bill for two rounds of blood work that I have to interpret myself, months spent stressed out waiting to hear if I have a serious condition, and radio silence from this entire office. Don't waste your time here because they will just waste yours. read more

I usually do not do this, but I am today. I think folks should know that Dr Tillery was, at one time, a great Dr. I think it is time for her to retire. I , as well as others I have seen on social media, have had appointments cancelled many times. When you only work 2 days a week, cancelling should not be an option? I had been going to her for years, without any issues. All of the sudden things changed. I was struggling with some issues that were making me very uncomfortable. I went for tests, twice, and told the same thing. All good, nothing needs to be done. Changed medication, but problem not solved. I also, along with many others I have heard about on social media, have heard her talking to her office staff about other patients using their names and talking about their conditions, sometimes in a negative and judgemental way. Very disappointing for a Dr office who are required to follow HIPPA policies?? I have since changed Drs and are very happy with where i am now. If you no longer have the patience and heart to care for your patients properly, please, please retire. They deserve better. read more
