The staff that is supposed to be helpful is anything but. You could be the only person waiting to pick up your prescription and they will make you wait buy ignoring you and if you try to come up to the counter, they will tell you that they will 'get to you as soon as soon as they can.' And when they do 'get to you,' they are rude, and they don't even look at you. I get a certain medicine that is NEVER IN STOCK! I have to take this medicine every day and have to be stressed out when they are out of it all the time! I only go there because it is convenient but I am thinking very seriously about moving to another pharmacy. I want to repeat that the people that they have to help customers is very bad and they should find some people who want to work there and not just get a paycheck!

The pharmacy line was about 10 people deep, which already took a while. After finally reaching the counter, I was told my prescription was already bagged but I needed to sit down and wait another 20 minutes because the pharmacist still had to "remove the cap" before it could be sold. I have never heard of standing in line, reaching the counter, and then being sent away to wait again for something that was supposedly ready and already sitting in the bag. Meanwhile the line barely moved because several people were having full medical consultations and insurance debates at the register while everyone else waited. What should have been a quick pickup turned into a long, frustrating ordeal. If the prescription isn't actually ready, don't send a "ready for pickup" text. It wastes everyone's time. I tried this location because I happened to be nearby, but after this experience I'll gladly go back to my usual pharmacy. Even a slightly rude pharmacy is preferable to this level of disorganization.

Some of the staff are oblivious as to how to use the app in redemption or even know it's suppose to be free pizzas or free hot dogs all day. Then there's the store manager that shortens the window to get dog and pizza and has the prep person not have any ready to go. This is also the most unfriendly convenience store in the area. I believe the inhospitable attitude comes from the management down.

Car wash scam. I am…read morefiling a formal complaint regarding a car wash service associated with 7-Eleven located at 28854 McCall Blvd, Menifee, CA 92585. I was charged twice for a single car wash service, despite requesting a refund after the first charge. The payment is processed through the same terminal system used by the location. On my first visit, I paid at the automated terminal before entering the car wash. There were no visible warning signs or indications that the system was not functioning properly or that customers should not proceed. I entered the wash in normal operating conditions. During the wash, my vehicle was sprayed and brushed without proper guidance or indication of correct positioning or procedure. The process resulted in visible damage to the vehicle's exterior (micro-scratches / paint damage) and the vehicle was not properly dried at the end of the cycle. After the service, I immediately approached staff (Aniket and Guri) and clearly requested a refund due to improper service delivery. Instead of issuing a refund, I was charged again for another wash. At the time, I believed this was a refund transaction, however I later confirmed through my receipt and bank record that I had been charged a second time. This resulted in a total charge of approximately $30 for two wash transactions, while the service was not properly provided. I returned again to request a refund for both charges. At that time, I was informed by staff that a refund could not be processed because a manager was not available. I was told I would need to wait, despite the fact that other car wash businesses typically process refunds immediately at the point of service. Based on this experience, I believe there was a failure in proper service delivery, lack of adequate operational communication to customers, and improper handling of refund requests. I am requesting a full refund of all charges and review of their billing and refund practices to ensure customers are not charged multiple times without proper service resolution.

I gave my daughter a full bottle of SPOILED MILK without knowing, until she almost threw up after taking a sip.
