Bailey was a complete b**tch at the 24/7 drive up for prescriptions right at 5:45pm 2/6/2026. Not professional at all, rolling her eyes with disdain when I asked for legitimate holdovers on the 2 prescriptions I came to pick up that were not processed yet (called them in 3 days ago) and looked over at some coworker I couldn't see and gave her the roll the eyes, nodded over toward my direction and laughed. She said "no, you will have to come inside and wait for them to be refilled " with a snarl on her face. I said no I just want the holdovers. They always have a great staff on hand but at times they have one person working behind the counter @ the pharmacy and that's wild. They are busting their ass back there taking care of the drive through and the walk ins. Credit to the the staff but with rite aid going down and all those customers transferring to Walgreens it's a lot on their plate. But they always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help. Walgreens needs to step up and invest in staffing to help these young workers out. read more

Slowest pharmacy ever! Always! Wait is always roughly 20-40 minutes. Save yourself the trouble!

With Walgreens stores not doing well you'd think they would hire more people and try some customer satisfaction. I went to the drive up window and waited 20 minutes while the person who attends the drive up was busy helping people at the counter, I finally drove away. This happens all the time and easy to fix. Just hire another person and quit being so cheap. As you read all the reviews it appears this location couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. Take your business to CVS or a different location this place is horrible. read more

Fedex pick up service is a disaster and waste of time. They invent policies that are not aligned with FedEx and make it hard for a a family or friend to pick up package. Not helpful, instructions should be clearly stars in order for there to be no confusion at time of pickup read more

Why bother having an appointment check in scan code, if you system "doesn't tell you" that an appointment has been checked in. The pharmacy lines are ALWAYS chaotic and I was so excited to be able to do my appointment and check in electronically. If you want patients to also notify you that we're here waiting, then put a sign up saying to let someone know! Organizational is terrible, but all of the pharmacies are crazy out here. None have been great experiences. At least your people are apologetic and polite. read more

I waited on hold for thirty minutes to check on a prescription. Just wanted to see if it had been filled. This is not the first time having problems. Prescriptions not ordered, not ready when told. Do not do package pickup here for fedex! They steal packages, they lie and your tracking will say it's there but they will tell you it's not! This is a high value package I had delivered there so I didn't have to worry about it sitting in front of my home and it is now "missing" read more

The pharmacy seriously needs some customer service classes. They don't give a rats ass about helping the customers. I stood in front of the line for 11 minutes before they even helped me. It's not like they didn't see me they just didn't care. Inside has Decent customer service. So does pharmacy but Most of the time the pharmacists are pretty blunt. I've been going to this Walgreens specifically since I moved here of March last year, they were the only pharmacy that would fill a specific prescription that I get monthly. Almost about 7 or 8 times they have tried to go the generic/cheaper way. It's lousy whoever is in charge of these people. You can really mess up peoples prescriptions this way, I just got the same prescription sent and it's a film that you put under your tongue but they ordered tablets. The lady working in the pharmacy is rude and hasn't been trained in dealing with customers because I had a horrible experience dealing with her when I was trying to get my child's prescription filled out. Came in to get my child a Flu Shot. Didn't quite get her Name but the Pharmacist giving her the shot name end with anna I think. Poked her twice and didn't administer the shot. So I went in the third time first two were my husband and she just looked too scared to do it . Her bottom lip quivering in fear lady you need to change your profession. They put you on hold and will hang up on you after 20 minutes. They're constantly short on medication.

This Walgreens is one of their older setups, with rectangular aisles and dim lighting. Sort of an obstacle course to get to pharmacy. All the employees here though are very friendly and will put down whatever they're working on to assist you, as they did for me today. We've also found the wait for the pharmacist to be relatively short, too. Their is also a Fed-Ex drop off in the Camera area. Nice Three and a Half Stars, "A-Okay." read more

I bought two candy bars that were on sale for 2 for $2. I used a $1 reward dollar towards the purchase and I was charged $2.78 cash. So basically they just about charged me double the sales price. When I asked why am I being charged so much the cashier said that is just how their system works. This Walgreens seems to never have meds available. This is 4 separate occasions over the past 3 months that prescriptions have been sent over by the doctor. And the worst thing is the automated system sends a text notification that the prescription has been filled. Upon arriving at the window for pick up, the meds are now all of a sudden unavailable. Two of the four times in the past couple of months we went to pick up the meds on the same day, only to get turned around because the meds were not ready. The most recent two times, we tried a few days later, only to find it's the same old story. We have had to resort to using a different source to pick up prescriptions. read more

Made an appointment for a vaccine. I arrived 15 minutes early and didn't get to the counter till my actual appointment. The line wasn't too long, but that's fine... what isn't fine is me waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I just walked out. It didn't seem they were going to do anything that was going takes 5 minutes. This isn't the first occurrence either. Even filling out the forms online doesn't make the process move any faster since it seems they loose your information somehow. Called to see if RX was called in but they had not received. Was on hold for 10 minutes and could tell they had a lot of calls because no one answered except every few minutes to put me back on hold I'd just hear a click. Then finally a girl tells me they received it and will be ready in 45 min. Got there an hour and half later and waited in drive thru for 20 minutes. Only to tell me it wasn't ready. I kept my cool because the poor girl looked like she was having a rough night said I'd pick it up in the morning. On my drive back home I decided to call back just to wait the 30-45 min again instead because I realized I have an early drive in the am. Again was in hold for 10 minutes only this time I got hung up on without anyone answering. They picked up then clicked me off. They take way too long to fill prescriptions. I took my boyfriend to urgent care and the doctor said medications should be ready in 30 min. I check the status online and it has an estimated time of over an hour. Then, that time passes and it's STILL not ready......my boyfriend is over here dying in pain and they still haven't gotten his meds ready. I try to call in and it just keeps ringing and ringing. My husband went to pick up some prescriptions yesterday and was told they could only take cash and could not process insurance. We go back today to pick them up and the whole store is close. Apparently there is a power issue. I know last week they were doing a remodel not sure if that has anything to do with it or not but it seems like this location is just not great. I moved in May and I was living near my mom so I had my medications transferred from my drs at UCLA, medication I've been on for several years sent to the pharmacy, 2 weeks prior to when it was to be filled. I called in for my prescriptions to be filled however the pharmacist informed me shouldn't couldn't fill because she needed more information since it was the first time I used them. Extremely unprofessional, it's been there 2 weeks and now you need more information. Why? It's not any of your business why my dr prescribed me the medication. Came here in the middle of the night literally crying from pain and had the hospital send my prescription to this location and they were closed due to short staff!!! Then they should change the hours of availability on their website! So horrible. When pharmacy is open it always places you on hold and doesn't help. Or transfers the calls and makes you wait longer. We made appt for Covid shots and waited 45 min the two clerks just ignored us and Pharmacist was to busy to do them. DON'T offer appts if you are unable to do them. The biggest complaint is the clerks ignore patients and are rude and not helpful. I looked for name tag but the one wasn't wearing one. I was a pharmacy tech for 7 years and none of the longs staff would ever been so non helpful and cold toward the customer. There is a better way to deal with people than this. Go elsewhere read more

When I needed to pick up antibiotics late at night for a patient, I thought this would be easy in the Temecula area. Unfortunately, almost every pharmacy I called was closed at midnight despite advertising they were open 24/7. Luckily, I called this Walgreens branch in Menifee on Murriera Road and the pharmacist confirmed they were open all night. I drove a few more minutes to get there but it was way worth it. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had a drive thru and was serviced promptly and professionally. Great job! read more

Corporate can you please contact us as this is the last straw. We have well over 12 documented cases... with our in house nurse on late medication. This is the most recent. Wednesday we call in a medication for a young boy. We check Walgreens system Thursday to see if it is completed and ready for pick up. It still says in process for filling and Walgreens is working on it. Friday we check at 1pm and it's in the same status, we call this store directly and they stated oh it's not in the system we will have it pharmacist will do it and it will be ready by 5pm. We call first thing Saturday morning as we need this medication and it is not ready. They don't know why it wasn't completed but it will be ready by 5pm Saturday. We call later Saturday and was told no it's not completed and the pharmacist will be in Sunday at 9am. THE MEDICATION IS LATE NOW FOR THE CHILD AND HE IS ON BREAD AND WATER. We call back Sunday morning and it can't be completed at the moment and it will be done from 12-3pm. We have photos of the bottles being filled AFTER the refill date (proving it was done late) AND call records to Walgreens showing we called in the medication way before the date needed. (Actually with many other follow up calls) My question is how can a place who's job is to provide life saving medications, provide them constantly LATE and requiring over 5 follow up calls and being told I don't know why it's not done to pass it on for 3-4 days. (To add a minor issue it is not uncommon to be on hold for 45 min also.) One might ask why not go in person. Before we used to... just to have to drive 45 min, wait 15 minutes and be told it isn't ready to drive 45 min back home to repeat over and over. This was done many times in the past and I doubt Walgreens will reimburse us for 50 + gallons of wasted fuel read more
