My brother saw a dent in our roof under a vent and told me that we needed to fix it immediately as it would get worse quickly. We saw it was leaking under the roof that hangs off the house and an old vent with rusted nails seemed to be the cause. Two days later (yesterday) we find out that tropical storm Hannah is headed our way and rain was on the forecast for the next eight days. I started panicking yesterday morning! Stay far away from this company. In my experience, they are dishonest, unprofessional and opportunistic. They continually failed to start the job as agreed upon, yelled at me, "Jesus, Yadira!" when I insisted on him committing to a start date. I asked several times to cancel my contract and I was ignored. After no reply to my emails,19 days later I received a Demand Letter demanding $8000 for Breach of contract and threatening further legal action.
