I can't start my remodeling without that invoice - not sure if that is a way for them to push repairs on their companies... UPDATE: after posting this review, someone from United Water Restoration did finally contact me on 2/14/22 and refunded my deposit. So giving them one star back for that at least. United Water Restoration came to my house on 1/12/22 and gave me a quote to clean all of my vents, took a deposit for half, then called me the next day to say they didn't quote me the correct price and it would be more than double what they originally quoted. I told them I was not longer interested and asked for a refund, which they agreed to provide. I've called them three times since then because they still have not refunded my money. read more

Terrific Service ! 5 Stars! We had a Busted water pipe in the wall of our laundry room that caused some water damage. They sent someone out right away and began working immediately. The Gentleman that came out were professional and FAST. They were very thorough finding all the damage done and took the time to show me and explain the damage. If I could I would give multiple negative stars to THIS COMPANY!! My ENTIRE HOME WAS FLOODED BY MY WASHING MACHINE IN JULY 2018. To be perfectly honest I called a phone number on a card for "Paul Davis" because they completed my mitigation services......The phone number connected me to this company and I was talked into allowing them to come and speak to my husband and I. (I have informed Paul Davis of this scam) Someone within Paul Davis' company has to be getting paid to give this fake card out with the wrong number on it. (I have that proof as well) Anyway.... The LYING Lurch that came to my home in the form of a man named MR. Estrada told my husband and I any and everything to get the job. Please DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. The staff is rude and none responsive when "you" have a request, yet overly annoying and bothersome when "they" have a request. I'm giving you fair warning DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner himself wasn't helpful, didn't return phone calls as promised when we had an issue and there is NO CORPORATE OFFICE TO CALL!!! BAD BUSINESS... I walked into a home and found that my tenant smoked cigarettes inside. The smell was awful and very strong. I contacted United Water Restoration Group and they were able to send out a representative for a quote within a day. Once we agreed to a fair price, he got started right away! After 48 hrs of smoke smell treatment (using foggers and a hydroxyl machine), the smell was imperceptible. In short: excellent communication, excellent timing, excellent service, fair-to-good price. Chris and his crew have been amazing. A pipe burst in the kitchen and what I thought was a small issue turned out to be a GIANT problem. Chris and his team were ON IT. They have been so professional and courteous. After Harvey, so many stories of sketchy contractors abound, so I really appreciate how Chris has been so diligent and careful, staying in contact with my insurance company so there are no surprises. Plus his team have been so careful with the work they are doing in my home, rather than the smash and bash horror stories I have heard from other companies. This is by far the worse company I've dealt with From the beginning communication from management and workers was horrible i never knew what time work started or ended they left my house completely wide open to the public... also they contacted other workers to come do work who stole from me and my family and all they could tell me was they are going to investigate it and get back with me til this point they never show back up to do any work ... they had certain terms they wanted me to use to the insurance company to make sure they got paid I did restoration before and what they did wasn't close to what I used to do ... all my furniture is damaged and exposed to mold because they didnt move it they just started workin my couches ,beds, dressers, and clothes at this point is ruined I'm pissed at the poor job this company did and will not be referring them to anyone else. read more

He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He came by on Tuesday and told me exactly what his crew would do. He did a follow up on Wednesday and by Thursday he was picking up equipment. United Water Restoration is currently working with us to dry out water from our AC condensation line. It leaked behind our bathroom wall, through the stairwell wall and in to kitchen wall. No one actually wants to have to use a company like this. However, when natural calls (water flows), I would highly recommend them. I always go through a process of evaluating 3 companies and I'm glad I chose UWRG. I called in the morning and later that afternoon Melvin was at my house to do the initial monitoring. He explained everything to me, made me feel comfortable with their work, and we schedule the "drying days" Having these fans in your house isn't fun but Melvin came by daily to check the moisture.
