Terrible. They installed my garage door on my brand new house and the main tension system that…read morelifts the door went out after 14 months. The boasted a 10 year warranty, when in fact the warranty only covers major rust and paint. Go figure - the main warranty doesn't even cover the main mechanical components of a door. The 'TorqueMaster' system that aids in lifting the door is "rated" at 10,000 cycles, when mine didn't even reach 2,000 and it expired. I do NOT recommend using this company for ANY service, especially when they try to back out of any product defects in defense of "we're just the installer..."

And they were in and out in under 2 hours! It's better material than we could buy,it's done better than we could have done it and we didn't have to break a sweat of fix the ceiling from where we probably would have stepped through. LOL.. On top of that the guys followed up and showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would. are you kidding,it's a no brainer. Highly recommended!
