I had been coming here for almost a year, and today went in and there was someone new working that i had never seen before. I hate to say she did a horrible job, but I'm not sure how else to put it. When cutting the brows she cut my left too much where I'm now missing hair in the middle, and i see zero clean up where i needed. I had always had positive experiences until today. omg i am crying, my eyebrows are so THIN. i just wanted a clean up with the same shape but the girl made them so thin, like 90's style and my brows take SO long to grow out. they're not even the SAME SHAPE like i asked to keep, they're just two thin lines! it makes my face look fatter/rounder :( i have never needed to tell someone to not make them too thin, it's just common sense that is not the style/trend these days so i never expected that outcome. i gave an extra star because she was nice and appeared to take her time and seemed more careful.. but i guess it was taking longer than it usually does because more hair was being removed :( i am on my way now to buy brow pencil to draw in my brows until (hopefully) it grows back out :( this is my first time visiting this shop again in like 10 years.. i remember them doing a good job but i won't be back :( ***edit: i dropped it to one star because the more i look at them more closely my brows are uneven. i am so upset right now. i have never had eyebrows this thin in my entire life and don't even know if they'll grow back to what they were. they are SO uneven i can't stop obsessing over them. i am wrecked. people working in beauty need to be more careful because they can really ruin someone's looks. this taught me not to be so trusting of just any business read more

There needs to be zero stars option!! I have been getting my eyebrows done here for 3 years. They do a decent job. So I decided to try out their Brazilian wax service because the lady I used to go to moved out of state. Because of this experience I'm never coming back here again. It was younger lady who performed the service. The second or third wax she put on me was extremely hot and even after I screamed in pain and told her it was too hot and if she could be more careful, she still burned me multiple times after that. The paper she was using to pull the wax off was so sticky that my insides were sticking to each other and it was painful to pull apart. When I let her know she just proceeded to dump a bunch of baby powder on me. I left the salon, burned, sticky and full of powder. My skin continued to burn even after I showered when I got home and I asked my husband to look at an area that felt painful. He said a piece of my skin looked like it was ripped off. He took a picture of it and I still couldn't believe it. I will never come here in my life and I will make sure to let all my friends know to steer clear. read more

I've been coming here for a little over a year . They're good not super great. But the price is right and it was close to me. I went last month the girl who did my eyebrows that time accidentally cut The very front part of my eyebrow in half making it very noticeably smaller than my right eyebrow . Her suggestion was to thread and cut both my eyebrows the same length . Uhg this is not the 2000s any more skinny eyebrows are not it . Whatever I let it go because mistakes happen . I go in today another lady does my eyebrows well she totally butchered my right eyebrow . She said my eyebrows were not the same length . But for whatever reason she cut the bottom portion of my eyebrow ??? And the second part of my brow is missing a patch of hair . Don't recommend their work anymore . read more

The worst service ever. I called for an appointment and they told me they don't take same day appointments and only taking walk ins. I have been sitting here for 30mins and the lady is talking in all the appointments made prior to today ( I am assuming) . She then chopped the front of my eyebrow down, and made my ends super thin. I am so upset I have to write a review and it's very rare for me to do so. Ive been coming here and I've never had an issue up until today, I noticed the last time I came and today that it has been someone different people I think that they would have people that know what they are doing working here but I guess not. Idk her name I asked but I couldn't understand so I'll post a picture of the recipes, she was going fast and I just had a bad feeling it was not going to go well... I felt a chunk of my get yanked off. When she handed me the mirror and I looked I had a bald spot when I didn't have it there before!! I told her she messed them up and she continued to say if she did she would of told me, I told her I know my eyebrows and I was literally about to cry. She then told me she can't do anything about it and later proceeded to say she can tint them. The tint still looks like shit. My eye brow is messed up and I still paid so I can speak to the owner and she can see paying is not the issue here. Not a pleasant experience! I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 12 years and NEVER EVER has it ever been as painful as it was when I go them done at this establishment. Mind you I let them grow out, but I've done this a million times before and never did it hurt as much as this time. I have a pretty high pain tolerance but it hurt so bad I've been here before and it was amazing, this time not so much. I left with cuts on my eyebrows, I was super red, I left with hives on the top of my eyebrows and till today my rash hasn't gone away. I also told her I wanted them as thick as possible and not thin, (hence why I let them grow out) and I'm back to square one. I love this place. It's tough when coming here though. Prepare to spend a while waiting to get your brows done. Even with my appointment starting at 5:30 I was out of here by 6:30. She refused to honor the 2nd set of the eyebrow and claimed that she did not have me on the schedule and no proof of purchase.
