Very rude employee. I spent almost $100 for a French mani and a gel pedicure. Blamed me for smudging the nail and said "don't you want me to do a good job?" She didn't even attempt to do a nice job at fixing it. I asked twice if I could get a darker pink for my toes because I didn't want a bright pink, wouldn't let me choose the color and it still ended up bright pink. Very rude when I asked for certain things I wanted, I feel like I should have a say since I'm paying for them and the nails are on my body. Mind you I wanted nice nails for a company dinner. I went in for a gel mani and pedi, I had an appointment the service was decent, however, I got my nails done on a Tuesday and by Saturday my gel manicure had already peeled on two of my fingers. I couldn't see them until the following week because the business is closed on Sunday and Monday unfortunately I was not available till Thursday and I called to let them know that my gel did not stay for even a week and the lady answering the phone says it's almost been two weeks. (Nor sure how she calculated that one) I was more than willing to pay for another gel manicure however for the next three days they were super busy and couldn't get me in. The worst customer service considering they make a mistake and I am paying $75 for a gel mani & pedi. I'm not asking for a free session, I'm asking to fit me in to fix the wrong doing. I have been coming here for months and they are ALWAYS overbooked and constantly have people waiting when they arrive for their appointment times. I used to love coming here but the last two times I had bad experiences. After my first one I decided to give them another try. When I called to make my appointment she told me while I started my pedicure they would remove my acrylics so I could get a new set. When I arrived they made me wait for 10 mins, that's okay but where it wasn't okay was when I sat down and Lisa argued with me saying I told her I only wanted 2 designs and I said no I told you 4 over the phone. She yelled in the entire salon, so unprofessional. It's not my fault they're behind and overbooked per usual. I had to ask the lady doing my pedicure twice if she was going to remove my nails, then Lisa came and started to soak them off. I notified the lack of customer service. I never felt like a customer they were happy to have coming back. They are good at designs, but they should really treat their paying customers better. I won't be going back after this. read more

Been struggling to find a nail Salon I liked. We came here based off reviews. They have really good pricing and are really sweet. I had to bring my 4mo old with me and instead of getting irritated when she started fussy Steven gave me time to feed her. Went here today for pedi and chose to have design done instead of my usual French tip. Linda was the technician who worked on my feet. There were white spots left from the Dremel nail tool from the last place I went to, so I specifically told the technician to use a buffer instead because it damages and thins the nails (you're only supposed to use dremel tools for filing down acrylics, not natural nail). She obliged and did a good job with the pedi, although the foot scrub was weak. Not bad otherwise as it's in a shopping center with ample parking and a Starbucks for convenience. Friend told me that they call day before appointment to remind and called us to say they were running 10 minutes late, which was nice. read more

I think this salon has the best technicians and I appreciate their technique, skill, and patience every time. However sometimes they don't care what you want. I always call to make appointment and I show up to my appointments early. But for two times, when I have clarified that I want gel manicure in appointment, they ended up doing acrylic manicure for me due to reasons like "don't have enough time", "gels are not ready". I understand that they may want to take as many costumers. But I really don't want acrylic nails and I wish they can manage their time more reasonably. read more

I took a long break from getting my nails done bc most places don't do the gel or dip powder removal correctly and you end up with paper thin nails that peel off and break. I found this place on yelp and happened to walk in when someone had no showed for an appt with Steven. Bless that person. This place is amazing ONLY bc Steven is here. Hands down the best dip powder mani I've had done. He took his time , really careful to take the old dip powder off my nails the right way (not just trying to use the dremel to remove it and damaging the nail bed). He also did a super careful job to make sure my nails were perfect. Where ever this guy goes , I'll follow him for a mani. read more

I called and made an apt to come in and get my nails done. I got into the salon and it was packed full of people, which I would believe is a good thing. The only thing I didn't like was it felt like you were sitting on top of one another, the nail techs tables were stacked up in rows of two. My apt was at 12 and I finally got seated ten minutes later. Lisa did my nails, she was nice but didn't talk much. I like the way she did my nails, however she didn't make sure both hands were even with the shape. Also my cuticles weren't really given much attention, besides a little tiny drop of cuticle oil when I went to wash my hands. The other thing I wasn't to please on was after she painted my nails, she had a mini van dry them. Let's just say a mini fan doesn't really dry your acrylics fully, so I had to walk out with semi wet nails. Price was good for what I came in for. But will only come here when my actual nail tech is on vacation. read more
