We called them to come out and increase the amount of traps as well as empty a couple others and spray for bugs. They did spray for bugs but nothing with the mice. Called again. Scheduled again. And they no call no showed. From the other reviews I would say that's par for the course. Went with Kwik Kill instead. They did cancel my services and gave me a 50% refund since they did do some services. I think that was fair. I gave them a second star for that.

They refused to work with us and just wanted a contract signed with no clear plan for how future visits would be handled. I went to Google and found Jonathon and his company "Best Defense". Jonathon answered his phone directly. Gave me a day that he was available and an approximate arrival time. The day he was to arrive, he sent me a text to confirm he would be there in approximately 20 minutes. We walked the interior and exterior of property and he told me what to expect and how he could help me. Jonathon quoted me a price and never asked me to sign a contract. The best part, when I asked when he could come and start the work, Jonathon said he could perform the work that day. 30 days later....No mice, very few spiders (thank God), and minimal mosquito activity. I'm not sure you can ever eliminate every spider or mosquito but I no longer spend every morning cleaning spider webs off my deck, patio, and furniture. Jonathon said he would return in 30 days to spray and check mouse tracks. He sent me a text the week he was to return and asked what day worked best for me. So cool!!!!
