Yet if the tables were turned it I'm sure she would have considered it rude as well. But it's typical when people are rude like this that's why a lot of them just end up being another closed clinic in RGV. Plus the job posting stated it was 3:30 to 7:30 Monday they Thursday, yet that was only on one or 2 days out of the week, what they didn't include was that it would be using your personal vehicle to also visit schools to treat patients. Over all it was not something my wife was interested in but the fact that they couldn't at least call back was disappointing. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! The front office staff is terrible, extremely rude, no customer service, and seem to willingly changes rules/regulations for patients/parents for their own selfish convenience. We should've known this place was a sinking ship once all the therapist we started working with left for better jobs at better facilities.
