Getting your meds sent to the right place is a must. Dr. Hensler is excellent and the care is top notch.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the front office staff. The person in charge of insurance authorizations, Sasha, submitted my request only two business days before my scheduled surgery. I had been calling throughout the week to follow up, but she never answered or returned any of my calls. When I finally stopped by the office in person, I was told by Norma that Sasha was out for the day. After insisting on speaking with someone in charge, Norma suddenly said she had made a mistake and that Sasha was actually on her way back from lunch, even though she had been in her office the whole time. The situation felt very unprofessional, and Norma's nervous reaction made it clear that she had not been truthful. It's disappointing because the medical team is excellent, but the lack of honesty and communication from the front office made the overall experience very frustrating.

My tonsillectomy was finally approved in May, done by Dr Glatz. The problem is that he did a partial tonsillectomy and kept some tissue behind. It's been 1 full year since my surgery and throughout that year I've still been having strep like symptoms. A few months later, Dr Glatz did a Biopsy on me but he didn't properly do it. He was supposed to do a culture and take a sample from the left, right, and back of my throat. But he only took a small sample from the left and it obviously came back normal since he did the bare minimum. He said that it was a 'neurological problem'. They finally did a culture on me and it grew yeast. I kept pushing to remove my tissue at least to give me closure and peace of mind because I honestly still think it's infected. On the last visit I saw him, I told him that I got a 2nd opinion from another ENT that would do it for me and he threw a tantrum. It was so embarrassing seeing a grown man act like a spoiled child. Dr Glatz is a horrible man. Very patronizing, belittling, and impatient. No real compassion, empathy, or reassurance from him. He is the epitome of what's wrong with modern healthcare. Absolutely do not go to him. Now I'm stuck suffering every day waiting 3 months to remove a tiny piece of tissue when it would've been scheduled at least 1 to 2 weeks away if he did it. This is absolutely disgusting and NOT right. He truly didn't care about any of my problems after my surgery.

I had constant runny nose, ear infections and was suffering from vertigo. Dr Wright was brutally honest about my procedure and recovery process. His staff is very kind and helpful, calling me several times after my procedure and issuing refills for my meds. His office uses modern technology to remind me of my appointments. My average wait time was less than 20 minutes. If you need this type of procedures, consider Dr Wright.

My nose had broken so I had a deviated septum and I went in because I could breathe, but I wanted it to be fixed because it was deviated after the surgery. I could no longer breathe out of my nose and the doctor just kept saying come in for a turbinate reduction and I had maybe two or three of those and he just kept trying to do the one to the table so that I would not sue him, but he could not figure out what the hell he did wrong with my nose and I went to that doctor appointment over 20 times in several years just for him to say he would not touch my nose

They both mentioned how much they had missed out on for years. So that prompted me to think maybe I should get my hearing checked. When I saw Dr. Steel I asked him if he could recommend a good audiologist. And he set me up at the Mackie Clinic. When I arrived I had the normal paperwork to fill out and after that was promptly ushered to see Dr. Mackie. The first thing he did was check my ears for ear wax. And boy did he find a bunch! Then I got to visit the audiologist to see if there were any deficiencies in my hearing. Sure enough, I was showing problems with high-frequency hearing loss. Visiting with the audiologist Marco Pulido we discussed the various devices available. Then we decided on a set of devices which I must say are working fantastically well. In fact, they are so good I hate to go without wearing them. And the follow-up visits are great too as he continues to fine-tune them for me and gives me additional pointers on the proper care for them. So, even if you are not sure you are having hearing problems, just to have things checked out you might consider giving the clinic a call.
