I (being technologically-impaired) thought that sending a picture of what I wanted printed would suffice, but the owner's son called to explain that the design had to be done in a certain format so it could be enlarged without getting grainy. Since I was unable to do it myself, he graciously had another employee design it properly and sent me a proof within the day. I made several changes, but they worked with me in a quick manner until it was exactly what I wanted. I had the shirts/sweatshirts shipped from the supplier directly to them and they had the entire order done in about 6 business days (as promised). I was a little nervous that the lower price would mean lower quality, and also nervous because there were no Yelp reviews for them, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out!! And I have washed the shirts without the print fading or peeling. I had a close friend I trust refer me to BFL printing and let me tell you I was not disappointed. First of all I was helped by the owner himself James and he had the most beautiful energy and was beyond kind to me. I was sooooo stressed and a little manic when I was calling in my order but he was so professional and told me he would absolutely make my ask happen. I spent $4 per certificate printed. There was clamp marks on several of them. They need to put some…read morepapers on top or something else to protect the others from not having damage. I had to get the reprinted and they still had clamp marks. Spent $60 in total for 15 certificates. (Regular printer paper size, just thicker semi gloss paper) this isn't right there shouldn't be any damage regardless of what is being printed and cut. $.15 a page or $4 a page there shouldn't be damage. This is a basic issue that can be prevented by doing what I said "They need to put some papers on top or something else to protect the others from not having damage."

So long as there is any sort of picture or signs of previous use on the box they will not accept it, it's quite frankly ridiculous because it is a box being used to ship an item, it is not like you were presenting the item in the box it was shipped in. I really do not know what is up their asses at this location but it is really stupid and very annoying, avoid this location and just go to the one in Davie instead or the main one in Miramar.

First, I should say that I've been using DAX for well over 10 years. Never a problem, always solutions. I say this because my ability to make my own artwork is shameful at times. When this happens, they don't print! They call me and work with me to solve issues. THEN they print. I get great printing on time and at great prices. As I just heard over phone, they made me look really good in front of others. Weeks ago, knowing that I had moved from South FL to the Orlando area, a dear friend in PA called to see if I could help a neighbor of his. This gentleman was in Orlando for a trade show, learning upon arrival that all the printed material for his booth was lost in transit. I suggested he called DAX for replacements...and never heard about it until now. What I just learned from my friend did not surprise me. DAX had delivered tons of flyers and stuff by the following day and did so at a better price that the original supplier. Kudos to DAX...while I gloat about it. I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. I initially contacted him at…read morethe beginning of November 2025 to inquire about shipping my blank t-shirts and sending him my high-density prints with my logo for heat transfer. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.
