Tom and I talked about using some of our pics from trips and moments in time as living room wall art. We figured it would personalize the space and remind us of fun times. CanvaFab's site has a nice gallery of work. But what really did it for me was their easy-to-use software that let me upload my pic, try different products and sizes, see my art with my options and get a price for the custom work. We picked 32" x 16" size canvas and were concerned the images might look fuzzy. But on my screen each pic looked great, so we started to put an order together. Then they emailed me a new customer code for 50% off my first order. Yeah baby! That tipped the scale and, willing to take a chance on the picture quality, kept ordering. I got emails during the process - I knew when they got the order and when they shipped the order. They managed my order without being asked - thank you CanvasFab. It's refreshing to just stay out of the way and watch you manage your business. If only more companies would do that...(maybe a handyman wouldn't have installed 2 door knobs on the same door in my house, one on top of the other. I have pics.) The pics came in a box that was well packed. I could have picked up the art in their MIami shop but I opted for delivery instead. The quality was beyond our expectations! We were going to get simple frames but in the meantime we ordered 'mirror edge' pics on canvas - they look so good we are not getting frames! We have some special times coming up and we look forward to sending our pics to CanvasFab so they can work their magic.

Then 2 weeks later Paypal sent me an email saying that the refund was canceled. I sent them multiple emails about that, called them and even messaged them on instagram and 0 response. I thought I would give them more time since it was December and I figured they were still on holiday. It's almost February and still no response. Thankfully Paypal is very good about these things and they opened a case against them and will give me my money back!

I needed a large full-color book (500+) pages printed and bound to be presented as a high-quality deliverable for our clients. While the folks that own and manage this shop are very friendly (Steve and Frederick), this particular print shop simply did not have the attention to detail that we require, and made repeated errors on the job that necessitated a missed deadline of 2 weeks. Within that two week span, I had to repeatedly "hand hold" the printers through issues despite providing detailed instructions. When being provided a pickup time, I would arrive at the shop only to find more errors in the print job and unfinished work. On my fourth visit to the store to pick up the book they reprinted in an attempt to correct their errors, the reprinted book had pages that were falling out and dirty/tarnished pages. I spoke directly with both the owner and production manager about the lack of quality control and poor communication regarding both the printing instructions and pick-up times. It was ultimately the most disappointing that after all of that, the product was still not 100%. Although I am sure there are areas where this shop excels, I would not recommend it for any corporate business where deadlines need to be met and quality control must be top-notch. They provided excuses that this was going to be a problem for any shop due to the "large size" and "manual effort" needed to complete the book, however, I have found numerous other print shops in Fort Lauderdale that are no stranger to this type of job -- and offered a much better price. I hope this review is helpful to anyone doing due diligence on a print shop in the Fort Lauderdale area.

He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing.
