I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. I initially contacted him at the beginning of November 2025 to inquire about shipping my blank t-shirts and sending him my high-density prints with my logo for heat transfer. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer. If you are looking for someone who prioritizes effective communication and values your time, I would not recommend going to Hialeah Printing. read more

I can not begin to tell you how impressed I was beginning with my initial contact - they have no minimum purchase requirement which is extremely beneficial when you are a small business as we don't need an excess number of things, their willingness to work with you every step of the way and give you their professional advice is second to none. Not only did he accommodate us, he suggested tees that would be less expensive then the ones I was asking for but he did this during the week of 4th of July. His team stayed up beyond working hours to complete the order. He had them done perfectly and on time and was less then my own printer in my city.
