I was super excited to find this place so close to work. But, my experience here was very disappointing. I went in for a gel manicure a week ago. At the time I felt rushed. One week later and the polish began to chip. I went in to have it fixed and also give them another shot this time getting pedicure. Again, I was nothing but rushed. Not an enjoyable experience at all. By far THE WORST PEDICURE I have ever had. And I love a good pedicure. My nails that she had to fix look worse than they did. Tiffany put a color on that doesn't match the others. I brought it to her attention. She said she's to busy today I can come back again tomorrow if I would like. No thank you! I will return to my regular salon with people that take their time and do a good job the first time. It's a shame it's a nice looking salon in the heart of a corporate district. You will lose many customers if you continue to not give each and every one good service. You take care of them and they take care of you. Not my experience here. Definitely a cute spot and they have an angle to everything they're selling. The ambiance is very clean and the staff is nice. In less than a week, some of my nails were already peeling and I'm not from there to have them repair it. It was $88 for a gel mani and regular pedi. So I expect it to last two weeks and not less than one. Kim and Trish were my ladies who worked on my services simultaneously, which I greatly appreciated. The reason for the 4 was because I have was urged (quite frequently) to use the buffer machine to take off my previous gel and I know my nails can't handle that so it was back and forth until they finally respected what I requested. I'm more of a if you do my pedi I want you to do my mani/fill. I got Ruby for my pedi! She was amazing. Meticulous nail art. She did a pink and white marble on my big toes. The Vy did my fill and marble on my nails. Completely different marble look, but still good! Both extremely sweet! Best place to take the hubby or girls and get a drink and chill. I traveled to Tampa to visit my Bestie and she treated me to a luxurious pedicure at AQ Nail Spa. She booked me for the AQ pedicure with steam treatment and I opted for cucumber as my scent. I was greeted with a glass of champagne and then experienced the one of the best pedicure, massages I've ever had. This pedicure includes all of the basics and steam treatment, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towel between each treatment. The staff was especially friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this establishment as I know a good pedicure can be hard to come by. Be sure to ask for Jacob when you come in. read more

This place is very impressive looking, everyone was very nice, and they have a bar...cheers! Limit one per person;) The salon is located across from Internal Plaza, and the prices reflect that. It's bougie. We have a family member that comes here, and she absolutely loves her nail tech, and has never had an issue. I on the other hand did. I had a newer gal doing my gel pedicure, and she did a phenomenal job. No problems, and it still looks good after 6 weeks. My dipped nails though, initially they looked amazing - until day 8. Then they started to turn yellow. A couple days after that, they started to lift. After paying a premium price I expected them to hold up better, and I was very disappointed when they didn't. Really cute nail salon in the Westshore area! I always drive by this place and have wanted to try it for a while. It was super easy to make an appointment online for the same day. When I checked in, they got me in a chair within five minutes. I had Hannah do my manicure and pedicure, and she was amazing! They had so many colors to choose from! The only reason I gave them a four star is just due to how expensive their services are. I don't know if I'll necessarily come back just because of how expensive everything was and every little thing was a 15 or $20 add-on. I had been frequenting this nail salon since I moved to Tampa mainly because of the convenience of the location, atmosphere and the quality of the service. Originally, I had an ok experience with but then I found a nail tech that did an excellent job, however after she left and the last few times I've been back it has been incredibly frustrating and nearly impossible to get a similar experience. I went in a couple days ago and advised I was looking to get a French pedicure as well as my usual soft or builder gel. I advised I was on a time crunch and if I'd be able to leave on time. The tech was extremely rude. Refused to listen to my request, filed my nails down using a drill instead of soaking the nails yet charged for soaking the nails. Did an absolute terrible job with my nails and made me lose my apt since I was in the salon for about nearly 3hrs. I ended up leaving and going to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed. I came back the next day requesting to speak w the manager. The nail tech approached me and started to argue w me. I was ensured I'd receive a call and a refund and still haven't heard from anyone regarding the matter. I spent almost $200 for the nails shown and the subpar pedicure. I will never again patronize this nail salon and do not care for a redo as my nails turned out excellent elsewhere for a fraction of the price. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not go here. I went on Friday at 5:30pm. They were full and had me make an appointment for 6pm. I wanted a classic manicure with regular polish. I had previous gel nail polish on that they drilled off, but not completely. There is still old nail polish on my nails!!! (see pic). They did not SOAK my nails as stated on their website or a lotion massage, also stated on their website. The tools used were not in a sanitary wrapping. The nail polish I selected was opaque on the sample nail and then completely clear when applied to my nails. Lastly, and most importantly, she cut 3 of my nails and two bled (see pic). This is absolutely unacceptable. I am so incredibly disappointed and will be attempting to get a refund. Please go somewhere else. read more
