I was led to a room that hadn't been cleaned (pics attached). The woman refused to wax me because my hair was too short. I explained to her that is just my hair and it will come out. I've been waxed many times before. We argued back and forth and she finally threw wax on me for a test patch. The hair came out and she proceeded to sloppily dump wax all over me. She dumped wax over my 14 carat gold permanent anklet (welded on to me). She ripped off the anklet and basically ruined it. She then haphazardly spent 2 minutes waxing me and then dumped oil all over me and my shorts which are also now ruined. I asked her to put some oil on my anklet to try to save it, minimal effort was put in to salvaging it. Thankfully I'm getting laser hair removal and will not need to come back here ever again.
