Another few minutes pass and she comes out and asks me to wait until after the 6pm. Which would be 45 min, it was currently 5:45. Needless to say I did not wait. I understand I was running late but why not reply to my text or call me back or be waiting for me to get there. Rita is good but this experience was not. I hope in the future she values her clients time as she wants us to value hers.

I was introduced to Glomour Medispa thanks to a yelpie event (because I can always count on Yelp to introduce me to some of the best experiences) and I was so impressed with the service and results of the most basic facial, that I decided to come back. Angela is great to work with, easy going, and listened to me about what my needs and goals were for my facial. (A big plus is that she's a fellow RN, so I know she REALLY understands the specific in the self-care department for people like me, lol). She helps but me at ease and explains every step of what we're doing throughout the process.
