Since we thought the issue was one in which we would just need to replace the face of the skimmer box, we took it off. Come to find out, Bob did not account for stretching the water in the pool would have on the liner, so the liner now sags so low we can not put the skimmer face back on. Even after all of this, I called to have a discussion about how we could repair it and Bob's starts off the conversation with it is not his problem. However, when I explained that I was going to consider paying to have him fix the issue, he became more receptive to having a discussion. His action in how he deals with customers is not one that I would want other people to experience.

I took the cover off my pool this weekend and was shocked to see one of my jets was left unplugged by St Cyr's. I was unable to get ahold of anyone at St Cyr's until yesterday (Monday). I asked to have someone come out immediately to inspect the pool and assess if any damage was done to the plumbing from their mistake. I was told I could book a service visit (that I would pay for). I expected a call back from a manager yesterday that never came. This is an unbelievable mistake for a pool company to make and could permanently damage my pool. I will not hire them again and I would recommend you don't either. After posting a review on google about this the owner replied and I received a call from a service manager. We talked through things to look out for and fortunately I think I avoided serious damage. They then asked me if I could do anything about the review I left. When I told them I wanted a refund for the pool closing that they screwed up they stopped calling. Go anywhere else for your pool service.

The man took all the information, said he couldn't do it today because he was going to an appointment and would take get back to me the next day with an estimate. Never got back to me. I waited a few days. In the business world, if you make a commitment to a customer you follow up. If you can't do the job, a dealer should have the courtesy to return the request and state that you are unable to give an estimate for whatever reason but thanks for thinking of us.

Extremely poor customer service by one specific employee. Called Christina on 4 different…read moreoccasions, left messages 3 times with employees, once left a message on a recording. I physically went to the store after the 3rd call and spoke to an employee who said he would have her call me and finally told me that they don't install above ground pool liners, only inground. I decided to call a pool liner installer and suggested I call her to get a liner and he would install it. Again made a call and never heard back. I finally ordered my own liner, cove foam and bottom pad. It's now days later and still no contact from Christina or anyone from EZ test pools trying to help. A return call from the first time asking about this would have eliminated this review and the legwork just to get a pool liner and have it installed or guide me to someone who could help. ​
