Shawn, the salesman, told me to expect an August or September of 2019 start date. September came and went, he pushed it to November. In December he said he would no longer give me a time frame, only my number in line. He said they were starting 1 and a half pools a week. In 37 weeks I have moved from #16 to #7 on their list. Yet Shawn insists that they are building over 90 pools a year. The math just doesn't seem to add up ? At this rate it will be at least 12 months before they even START my pool. And talking with people that have had Cutting Edge install their pool, it takes 6 to 8 months to finish the pool, once they finally start it. So no pool for me again this summer. I finally went back to their office to make sure they were still in business. Doors and gates were open. Nobody there but a secretary. I guess Shawn gets tired of people wondering where they stand, so he doesn't answer his phone. Neither will either of the owners Josh Allred or Adam Showell. And they refuse to give me refund of my deposit, even though they can't hold up their end of the contract and install a pool !! You have been warned !!

The service itself was done perfectly, but on top of that, the report he emails us every week to show what has been done is more thorough than I have ever received from any service company or trade. The step-by-step walk through of what they did accompanied by photos of every action they took blows me away. They take more photos of the hot tub during each visit than my cleaning company takes of a full 6-bedroom house after their cleaning. The confidence and reassurance this gives me that my client's hot tub and equipment are in good hands is invaluable to my business. I work with plenty of other service providers and have never received this kind of feedback after each service and as such I have never felt so sure about the service being done.
