He took it upon himself to make all these changes to my Schedules, Pumps, etc. I would've been better off without Shawn ever showing up at my house. Mostly concerned about being paid! The owner Russell was there and he set me up with financing and the spa was delivered a few days later. The first day I used the spa I noticed one corner light was out. I contacted Russell and he said it's not a problem and he'd be out to fix it within the week. That's the last I've ever heard from them. I've texted a few more times to request a date for the spa to be fixed and was ghosted. If this is an example of their customer service once their product is delivered then I'm very disappointed.
