I came to this location after going to another emissions place who's machine was down. I had a…read morehorrible encounter with a very ugly person. I can't use his name because he refused to tell me BUT he a was mixed middle age VERY rude man!! First off no one was there to greet me. I pulled in the wrong way accidentally as I saw an open and enter sign after waiting a few minutes outside. I pulled in and waved at this man who was sitting at his desk and didn't move. He yells from his desk "you went the wrong way!!" With a very ill look on his face. So pull out and straighten out. He comes over and says "wow you wait until 20 minutes before closing to do this?!" Is a very douche way. I am a woman with three small kids in the car with me. Feeling like I did some thing wrong I said, "oh I am sorry, business hours say until 6pm". He says "it's last minute!!" He asked me what year my car was and I said I "think" it's 07' (feeling flustered and like I should leave) he slammed his arms on my open car door in a "ugh" kind of way. I said, "you know what, I am leaving your customer service is awful and you are very very rude" as I rolled my windows up and he aggressively waved his arms around for me to get out of the garage area. I pulled out slowly/safely. He was standing super close to my car I didn't need this type of person to say I hit him or some thing crazy. He pulled the garage door closed as soon as my bumper left the garage and slammed it and turned off the "open". sign. I am beyond myself right now. Blown away!!! I give this place five stars! This was my second time here…read more It's very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. I love the way they pre wash your car with care before going into the tunnel to get the automatic wash. After the wash they have large spacious stations to vacuum your car out for free. There are always clean towels available, large trash cans, window cleaner. To my amazement they have an air blower nozzle that is really good to blow the toughest dust clean away, there is also a nozzle that sprays window cleaner too. My favorite thing about this place is the vacuums are super strong, I was able to use it to suck up a tough piece of melted something off my carpet with out cleanser only the strong powerful vacuum suction. I will come here to keep my car clean. I'm even thinking about getting a membership so I can come anytime I want.

Pulled up not clear where to go...there are arrows...but at first glance you don't know where these arrows are leading you. Staff...seemed ok. Nothing extra customer servicey...then something was wrong with something because we had to wait awhile after purchasing the bells and whistles. As we approached the darkest tunnel of nothing for the wash... no fancy lights...the brushes didn't really have a lot of suds and again no disco lights...just looked like snuffle lifeguard was washing the car. The tires didn't come out clean...mind you they didn't even spend time to scrub them before we went in. Then the vacuum area, no one was on staff there. I have no clue what the blue liquid was in the bottle. One of the vacuums nozzle came off immediately... the place is a joke. It doesn't matter how many times they change their name. They are a no go.
