The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

Pulled up not clear where to go...there are arrows...but at first glance you don't know where these arrows are leading you. Staff...seemed ok. Nothing extra customer servicey...then something was wrong with something because we had to wait awhile after purchasing the bells and whistles. As we approached the darkest tunnel of nothing for the wash... no fancy lights...the brushes didn't really have a lot of suds and again no disco lights...just looked like snuffle lifeguard was washing the car. The tires didn't come out clean...mind you they didn't even spend time to scrub them before we went in. Then the vacuum area, no one was on staff there. I have no clue what the blue liquid was in the bottle. One of the vacuums nozzle came off immediately... the place is a joke. It doesn't matter how many times they change their name. I give this place five stars! This was my second time here…read more It's very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have. I love the way they pre wash your car with care before going into the tunnel to get the automatic wash. After the wash they have large spacious stations to vacuum your car out for free. There are always clean towels available, large trash cans, window cleaner. To my amazement they have an air blower nozzle that is really good to blow the toughest dust clean away, there is also a nozzle that sprays window cleaner too. My favorite thing about this place is the vacuums are super strong, I was able to use it to suck up a tough piece of melted something off my carpet with out cleanser only the strong powerful vacuum suction. I will come here to keep my car clean. I'm even thinking about getting a membership so I can come anytime I want.
