I have never done colon hydrotherapy therapy before but was on vacation nearby and feeling unwell--excessive gas, constipation, bloating... i sought out Christina and went to two therapies while i was there. The actual therapy is comfortable (i believe a small tube was put in my butt!) and for me it lasted about 45 minutes each time. You can literally watch your colon flush out. Pretty gross but also fascinating. Christina is very professional, interesting and very informed. For the first few days after the therapies, i still felt bloated and gassy but better than before. now about a week later, i am feeling sooooo much better!
