I have used Aqua Doc for snow plowing services for several years now. They are extremely professional and do a great job. They completely clear the driveway, and when there are parts they can't get to, I have seen the drivers get out and shovel snow. They get the driveway cleared early in the morning, and will plow several times during the day if the snow is really coming down. At the start of each season, a driver stopped by to see the driveway and make sure the stakes are in the right place. They come by at the end of each season to repair any lawn damage. Customer service is not what they are about. I emailed them on July 8th for a quote, emailed them again on July 15th to see if anyone was going to contact me, they responded that they added a person to the email and finally I received a message on July 31st that they would schedule us asap, just very busy. I get that! Luke texted me on July 24th that they would be out next week and will let me know day and time. July 30th I replied and asked if he knew when yet. The next day he responded that they would be out the next day. They then told us we would receive an estimate in a week. 9 days later we received it, after my husband called and requested it. Since then, we have been trying to contact them with questions about the estimate. Messages have been left, since no one ever answers the phone, until yesterday. His message "got lost in the shuffle". Still haven't had our questions answered. This a big job involving lots of money. I think we'll be looking elsewhere. read more

Stole my mooring kit. My fountain was returned from winter storage with a homemade one. They used cheap rope that broke and left my fountain floating around aimlessly. The stakes were old rebar. Mooring kits do not use rebar and the line will not break like a rope - that's why it was Purchased. Basically stole it and cannot get it back. I would recommend taking a photo of what you get along with keeping digital copies of your purchase agreement. When the fountain broke they were clueless and made up something. I received an invoice to fix for over $1500. I used another group to fix the fountain and they did a great job for under $20. Save yourself time, $$, and a headache. Go somewhere else. read more

They were very nice when they came out halfway through the summer season. The quote they gave me was for a year; I knew that they only came out for part of spring, all of summer and part of fall. In February I received a new bill, finding out that they billed me for a full year even though it was mid summer, I believe they came out 7 times which ended up costing a little more than $200.00 a week, yes a week. The bill I received in February was followed with a message that they had raised prices yet the bill was just $100.00 more than the prior year that I supposedly only paid for half of a year. read more

I started contacting Aquadoc back in March about a small pond I. My backyard of a home I recently purchased. It is a small pond with 20 6-8" goldfish. It took a while, but they finally made it out for my estimate and sent over the contract paperwork. I was paying for a full pond cleaning, remove all fish, drain, power wash, check for loose stones and re set and then refill and treat the water and put fish back in. For over a month now I had several appointments cancelled and rescheduled. On top of it the second time I called because I came home after work and no one was there. The last time the 2 workers showed up after 5 PM and then said they couldn't do anything and left. Still no call from a manager, nothing until I called. This past week I had an appt for Friday. I called earlier in the week to remind them to note my account that I have 20 fish. I was told okay and that it was noted. I showed up Friday June 8th after work and the pond was partially emptied, there were only 12 fish in the tub. 8 fish missing. I was told when they showed up that there was a cat who was wondering around....because obviously a cat in one day ate 8 of my fish that have been in this pond for 40 plus years. The younger of the two guys mentioned that may e they were stuck in the muck still.... before the other guy dismissed him. On top of ot all they hadn't removed all of the stuff. Said the likely pad root system was deep. And that they didnt have enough tubs for the removal of the dump truck to do the haul away.... this job was walked, estimated and looked at. I am not understanding how this is my concern. I paid for a full removal and clean up.... Next the one guy said that I could leave it like this for this year and then they could come back and do a full cleaning.... so now next year I am going to have to pay full price for a service that should of been done correctly this year? Now, after I said I wasnt happy with that they said they would just come back another day. Possibly the following Friday. So now I have a tub in my backyard with 12 fish in it with a small aerator. I am missing 8 fish. A half cleaned pond.... Which brings me to this morning. Sunday June 10th 2018. I walk outside to check on my fish and the water is so dirty I cannot see them. I look I to the huge tub of muck and low and behold two more of my fish are floating around struggling to breath. I was able to save one but the second one kept getting away. So now I have 13 of my fish back. So my other 7 fish were murdered by lack of properly checking g the muck as they were draining. Fish that have been together in this pond 40 plus years. So as I got situated for the night on Friday I sent an email with my issues. And to my response I get an email back that they will forward the email to the manager, who just so happens to be one of the techs at my house...... SERIOUSLY..... your manager was the one okay with doing a half assed job, your manager was okay not searching for all of my fish during the drain, your manager was the one who told me to leave the pond and then oops pay again next year??? This has been the most UNPROFFESSIONAL service I have ever received. And now I sit here with more fish dying and the pond in dismay waiting till next week when they will make it back..... read more

Hired them to fix a neglected farm pond. They were on time with the call back and showed up as scheduled. Good price for an all summer service. The Serviceman that actually treats the pond is very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They maintain, and also dig ponds if desired among other things. I would highly recommend this company for any size pond/lake. read more

These guys have fallen from a great service provider to the worst imaginable caretaker of my pond. In spite of repeated calls, they didn't 'open' my pond until May 25th! I lost all of my tadpoles and went from 52 fish last spring to only 16 survivors by the time they showed up. Then, their job on starting pond up was incredibly poor, they didn't remove last fall's leaves, much less scrub any of the rocks. Total disappointment read more
