I don't write reviews, but Landlord Landscaping deserves this review. I had contacted several landscaping companies for a quote to install a river rock border around the house, remove 2 pine trees and plant a Japanese Weeping Cherry tree. No one responded to my quote. I was on Yelp and spotted Landlord Landscaping. There was a Request For Quote button labeled Response Time 30 Minutes ... Response Rate 100%. Expecting no response, like the other landscaping companies, I thought what have I got to lose. Wow ... after submitting my quote, Vitaliy was on the phone with me discussing the job. He made an appointment to come out and view the property the next day. I appreciated that Vitaliy suggested things I would never have thought of ... and we did incorporate his suggestions. He even explained why he didn't agree with one of my items and after his explanation it made a lot of sense. I valued his communication throughout the entire job. He wrote up a detailed quote, so that I could see what each item I wanted done would cost. I felt the quote was very reasonable and he could start soon after 811 came out to mark the utilities. What is admirable about Vitaliy is that he does what he says he will do. He arrives on time, as discussed the night before. Each day, when finishing up, his crew would clean up the property, but would also leave the street immaculate. You wouldn't even know they were there. Other landscapers would leave dirt, debris and stains on the street, but I would see Vitaliy laying down a movers blanket when he unloaded his truck. I was extremely happy with the finished job. His attention to detail, was evident with the finished product, it exceeded my expectations. Would I use Vitaliy and his wonderful crew again ... absolutely! I'm not going out for quote anymore with my landscaping needs. I'm just going to call Landlord Landscaping. read more

Landlord just cleared out somewhere around 12 trees, and a whole bunch of bushes, tilled our garden, added garden soil, and did so in one day for an extremely good price. The owner Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and professional, and he had a very good crew with him. Given the complexity of the job, I had a lot of questions, and he was excellent in answering them, even helping me better understand how to improve rainwater runoff so that our house wouldn't get any water damage.
