He advised me to send him dimensions of my countertop and he would send me an estimate of cost. I did that yesterday and he never sent quote to me. I will not work with this company . Aqua does incredibly beautiful work. Esra designed our countertop so that the blue lines in the quartz would match up and they look great. Also the installation team did a perfect job with the seam. The backsplash tiler commented that it was "perfect." This is going to be a partial review because we haven't received our cabinets/countertops as of yet, BUT, so far their customer service has been OUTSTANDING, we have been dealing with Susan Bivaletz, who is a total professional, very patient, very knowledgeable about her profession. Susan has answered every question and always gets back to us, either via email or phone call. Susan also drew up the plans for our Kitchen, and she did a great job, everything came out PERFECT. I will complete this review once the kitchen is finished, but I would highly recommend this company. Their first intuition is it's not their liability, not their issue, it's all my fault. And by the way, those are lies. I ordered a counter top, dropped off a check only to find out two days later that the leftover stone is not enough to cover my surface. They didn't even bother to check, and in the mean time I face a tight project deadline so am forced to pick another leftover stone. It's their fault, and they simply just said, you want to cancel? Sorry, but that is a breach of contract already. When customers breach the contract, you collect their $1000 deposit, while when you cannot fulfill your order, you are not even being apologetic. Second, when they measured everything with the vanity installed, took away one of my sinks to cut the stone, the counter top does not fit well. This should have been pointed out when they do the templating, and they failed at the very first step. Third, when they drilled one of my faucet hole, they completely missed it and left a gap between the faucet and the countertop, causing water leaking. When I reached out, they completely made up the story such as 1. the hole is the right size, while my problem is they drilled the hole at the wrong position; 2. my sink rim is blocking the hole drilling, while I sent pictures to show that there is more than enough space; 3. they weren't shown the faucet so cannot measure the size, while I have a video from my security camera to prove that I showed it, and specified that that they did one side of holes (I have two sinks) fine but not the other. They even claimed they drilled 50 holes every day and no customers complain. All in all, it's all my fault and it has nothing to do with them. All in all, it's all my fault not theirs. Well, you cannot argue with facts such as pictures and videos no matter you drill 5 holes or 50k holes per day. Until they exhausted excuses to get away with the problem, they offered to glue a piece of stone to call it a day. Sorry, not acceptable. They should at least provide some warranty of the "glue" work and be responsible for future leaking, or they should refund customers for delivering defective product. Of course, these unprofessional, irresponsible people disappeared since then and I'm filing complaints. read more

Out shopping quartz countertops for my bathroom renovation. Since Aqua was close to my home I stopped in. I was impressed by their beautiful kitchen displays. Was greeted by Christian who was personable & accommodating. He provided me with quotes on 2 selections & even checked to see if they could get the brand I had seen in another store. He was able to order it & quoted me approximately 10% less. My contractor dealt with Christian directly with no issues. My quartz countertops were ordered & available in less than 2 weeks & looks beautiful. read more

My bathroom is complete now with my beautiful vanity and quartz countertop from Aqua Kitchen and Bath. They were very helpful to me when I could not find a vanity to fit the proper depth of my bathroom. My contractor was already done with demo, plumbing and tile and was ready to install vanity, sink and hook up my plumbing. I did not want to delay my renovation any longer. They promised my vanity would be ready in under two weeks and they delivered on that promise. The countertop install went smoothly as well with no problems. The next day I received a call that I actually overpaid my balance. I was so grateful for their honesty. They said a check would be mailed to me for the difference. My parents purchased kitchen cabinets in Aqua kitchen and Bath during coronavirus and when they received the cabinets they were excellent quality. They have a great selection on Granite Tops and many other items. My father installed the kitchen himself and could tell how amazing the quality of the cabinets were. Throughout the whole process the staff was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. Thank you to James, Mehmet and Christian. The whole design team worked with my dad until the last piece of wood was installed by him. They came through with everything that he needed for his kitchen during COVID-19. I was soooo pleased with the entire process. It was definitely worth the drive all the way up to Wayne. Their pricing was transparent. I requested a quote before I drove to Wayne and there were no surprises when I got there. It was spot on with what I expected to pay. The turn around was quick as well. I went in on Saturday the 16th. I was templated 2 days later. And had my granite installed a week after that. I had a great experience using Aqua for my kitchen renovation. Susan was great at designing our kitchen and really got the style and look that I was going for. She helped us through all the selections including cabinet door style and color, crown molding design, island options, sink and hardware. She even went out of her way to help us get a customized wood range that would fit with our style.We also got our countertops from Aqua (quartz for the island and granite for the perimeter countertops). We had Aqua do our granite countertops and they came out perfect. His installation team was on-time, clean, polite and swift. The counter top price for the exact same granite was 1/3 the price of our kitchen designer. I'm really disappointed I didn't have Aqua do our kitchen cabinets. I would have saved $10,000! We just purchased 6 upper cabinets for a bar and they are beautiful. All the doors have slow closing hinges, the glass doors came with beveled glass inserted vs my customer cabinets that I had to buy separately. The boxes are 3/4 inch plywood and were perfectly square making installation a breeze. Harut is the owner and he is easy to work with. read more

Let me start with the good... Went to one of the bigger stores and was greeted with expensive prices and salespeople that were too busy to help. Got to Aqua and, even though they were visible very busy, the salesperson took the time to help us get what we wanted. Scheduling is extremely flexible and fast. Prices are also extremely reasonable. The installers were professional and quick. They even helped me to remove a piece of my old countertop that had been strangely placed between a few of my cabinets. Now to what I didn't like... The templater came smelling of smoke, leaving the lingering smoke smell in my place. He also said that my brand new cabinet doors looked like they were 15 years old. The templater would also not give clear answers to questions the salesperson said would be best to ask him. While they are very quick to schedule between templating and installation, they do not offer plumbing services (that the bigger stores do). read more

Here's is an honest unpaid unsolicited review of aqua. 5 years ago, we ordered our kitchen and countertop and worked with Harut. Harut helped us our tremendously and our contractor and him designed and fitted everything to a tee. We recently moved and gutted our kitchen. Unfortunately harut left and now it's under "new" management. We were assigned Joe. First it took him 2 weeks to finally respond to our email. And after that, it took him about a day to response to our question. I understand people are busy, but when you're in the service industry, communications is key and having to wait 24 hours for an email response is unacceptable in this day and age. Anyway, Joe promised to make it up to us and give us a 'discount.' So my contractor/installer, met with him on a Saturday afternoon for almost 3 hours and went over the design and dimensions. I paid 50% deposit. 4 weeks later - WRONG KITCHEN DELIVERED! We specifically wanted an all wood kitchen. Why would anyone pay thousands of dollars for some fake wood kitchen???? Not only that, the kitchen sink was the wrong size!!! Now, we had to wait another 4 weeks to get the kitchen that we ordered!!! Imagine the frustration, anger, and nightmare this was!!! We had a new born in the home and was left without a Kitchen for 8 weeks. Then when the countertop arrived, another nightmare. The countertop guy didn't screw the dishwasher to the countertop. He said the the dishwasher was sticking out too much. LIES AGAIN. It's a regular size dishwasher that u can find at any big box retailer. And our contractor installed screwed it in under 15 minutes. This entire experience with Aqua Kitchen was a nightmare! It was nothing but lies lies lies. Deal with them at your risk!!! read more

Paid 4K upfront to James who never responded to my follow up emails so the put me on with Mehmet who after a week said he placed the order, I sent an email to him on a Monday and after several follow up phone calls I got James telling me that due to Trump and China he had to cancel the order (almost 3 weeks after I left Aqua Kitchen my deposit. read more

Consumer Fraud Offender! This is a long review but I believe worth your time prior to using Aqua Kitchen. DO NOT use them for kitchen restoration. I should have seen the red flags from the beginning when they sent me my contract on a Word Document with no mention of their license number. Fast forward 4 MONTHS from beginning of the project and we get a knock on the door from the town that Aqua Kitchen NEVER PULLED THE PERMITS for the building or electrical work!! Come to find out the contractor they use (Erik) DOESN'T HAVE EITHER LICENSE! This is CONSUMER FRAUD as they had never conveyed any of that to us. Thank goodness the building inspector did come in because the construction they did on the low bearing wall was NOT UP TO CODE!!! We have 2 small children and the thought that they had put our family in jeopardy is appalling- all for cutting corners and cost. After getting caught they brought back Eric (the same contractor) to fix the job and yet the beam and soffit that he created was CROOKED! I cannot believe that a contractor that has done business for as many years as he has would do this type of work. He did the tiling as well, leaving gaps between the stone (that my husband & I filled with grout that took us several hours); supposedly from the words of Mehmet (owner) and James (Manager) that he was an "expert tiler"! They had to come back SEVERAL time to fix the job, every time they came in there seemed to be another problem they needed to solve for. For instance, not building the framework around the refrigerator properly to fit the 36" refrig as promised; coming in with a filler to fix that job with a DENTED piece. Of course they went about doing the job and leaving it there. AGAIN another call to them and having to wait for that part to come in! Every time they came in they left the screenroom covered in dust (sawing right in front of the house) and the living/dining room covered in dust. We have to clean top to bottom at least 4 times! We were also told when the "finished" walls were sanded (supposed to be paint ready) and there were imperfections that "it was only light sanding" and we should do ourselves! I thought that is what we are paying them for. They FINALLY hired another contractor to finish the job right, BUT that should have been done in the first place, not just because they got caught! When reaching out to Mehmet to ask for well-deserved partial refund because of our experience, pain, time, loss of days from work to be present during work- he was VERY unprofessional and hung up the phone! I HOPE THAT THIS REVIEW SAVES YOU FROM HAVING TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE HAD TO ENDURE WITH THIS COMPANY. Please inform anyone you know as well to spread the word. I will say the reviews about the granite are all true- we were happy with that part of the business but NOT THE PLACE FOR KITCHEN RESTORATION! read more

We have a small job, so we called to make sure they could accomodate us. Sure, she said, come in and you can look around at all our remnants. We drove half an hour only to have Mr Surly at the desk say "as of Friday we only take minimum 35 square feet orders" and the person who answered the phone "wasn't the granite person anyway." Well maybe she shouldn't be answering the phone and giving customers wrong info. Wouldn't trust them with a big job with this kind of customer service. Glad to be going elsewhere. read more

One star is too many. This place SUCKS. Our slab was supposed to be installed Monday. It cracked in the truck and they had to re-cut it. The guys said it would be here first thing Wednesday but no one showed up and they are dodging our calls. Every time we DO get someone, we are told they need to check on things and call right back and then no one calls back. Lack of service made infinitely worse by lack of communication! Meanwhile we have no counters and no sink. Worst experience I've ever with renovating! read more

Extremely rude and overpriced, bait and switch. After seeing there internet ad with a great price we decided to go to their shop for an estimate. After waiting for 30 minutes the owner came out and we spoke about the color we wanted and sizing. That's when he said I would have to remove my old counter myself or they could do it for a cost. I advised him that his internet ad said specifically "Installation included" and it also said in big bold letters "No Hidden Fees". When I pointed this out to him he went into a rant on how we should not say that in front of the customers, then proceeded to tell me he did not want my business. I couldn't believe how rude he was in front of my wife and baby, and all for pointing out his deceptive business practices. That's fine, fortunately he was overpriced and the next 2 estimates we received were well under his estimate without any hidden fees. Be careful of this bait and switch and compare prices. This was the most unprofessional and rude business owner I've run across and if he handled business this way I d hate to see how he handles installations or worse yet customer service if there was an issue after the installation.
