Jareb was amazing to work with from the beginning. His straightforward approach and transparency throughout the process was amazing. We came to him with our wildest dream pool and a strict budget, and he was able to make it happen! He took our vision seriously and patiently helped us pick out each detail, showing us real life examples. He then handled all of the permits with the city, and got the forms ready for our HOA. It was so easy for us, and we had approvals very quickly. I also was impressed with Paul, our project manager, as well as all of the excellent and professional workers who spent long hours building the pool itself. Each team was respectful, clean, and kind. Paul organized each crew with shocking efficiency, and communicated with us every step of the way. Whenever we had questions, Paul was there to answer! Along with the pool and patio that Aqua Logistics built, we worked with Jareb's recommended landscaper, Carlos, on all the landscaping, fencing, irrigation, wood decking, and hardscaping. He and his team were amazing as well. Overall I would highly recommend this company. I can be a nervous client when it comes to building things, and this team instilled confidence in their skills and quality from day one. While we have appreciated the advice and quality of work of Aqua Logistics. The customer service is lacking. Unfortunately the door tag reports of their visits would mysteriously disappear (sorry to the environmental litter since they were not to be found) consequently we would have trouble finding out what the chemical levels were and if chemicals were added to our pool consequently when they came we never knew if it was safe to swim. I have no doubt the services occurred but could never get information about the service. In trying to confirm such information we were met with defensiveness instead of customer service. In my experience you take care of routine customers. Just can't recommend a place despite the good quality service when customer service is poor. read more

These guys came out for my pool heater repair under my home warranty insurance and they were FANTASTIC !! Keep me informed when coming and when coming back with new parts for repair !! Gary and Julie are THE best pool repair service ever. We initially had service with them through our home warranty co, Fidelity. Gary has been out several times over the last few years for lots of different issues with my older pool equipment and everytime he has done an amazing job at repairing the problem. If I had to choose a pool company that wasnt covered by my warranty company I would still use them.
