This place was advertised as a fun, vibrant water park, but it was the complete opposite. The entire area looked outdated and very run down. My son was even cut going down one of the water slides, which was extremely concerning. There were hornet nests inside the water play jungle gym area, holes in the flooring that weren't clearly visible where another child got hurt, visible rust throughout the water areas, and the water itself looked dirty and green. Overall, it did not feel safe or properly maintained, especially for children. The only positive was that our palapa was already reserved and the kids still managed to have fun, but unfortunately we will not be coming back. read more

This is the first time we went and it was ok. The outside doesn't even have a parking lot. It's just dirt so people park wherever they want. The inside is nice but I do recommend bringing your own food and drinks because the snack bar doesn't even look sanitary and it's expensive for the less amount they give you. I spent $15 on a piña colada mixed drink, and it tasted more like water than the flavor itself. And when I went to the changing room and restroom. It was dark in there where someone could be hiding. so if you have children or teens, I recommend you going in there with them. read more

Mismanaged, unsanitary, and rude -- never again. We arrived with a confirmed cabana reservation (booked weeks in advance) only to find another group already in it. When we approached the staff, we were met with confusion, zero accountability, and not even a hint of urgency. It quickly became obvious that double-booking is common here -- no system, no protocol, just chaos. Their "solution" was to move us to a different cabana, which was smaller than the one we actually paid for. When we asked about a refund or at least the price difference, they told us we could get that -- but only if we left, because the other guests who booked that one were arriving in an hour. So basically: take it or leave, even though we were the ones who followed the rules. And don't even get me started on the restrooms -- they were absolutely disgusting and disturbingly dark. I'm talking pitch black in places where people need visibility. It wasn't just inconvenient; it was actually dangerous. There were elderly guests struggling to navigate inside the bathrooms, and no one from staff seemed to care or respond when we brought it up. As for the staff? Unhelpful and rude. Not a single sincere apology, and when we tried to speak to the owner, they were shockingly disrespectful and dismissive. No customer service, no professionalism, just attitude. This place is disgusting. Don't bring your children here. Took my son once and when we were in the deeper pool area by the slides we saw chunks of throw up in the water, I reported it and all the workers did was clean it up with a net and go about their business. They said it was sunscreen. I didn't know sunscreen was legit chunks. Very unsanitary place!!! Zero stars read more

The Place is not that bad all of the reviews are just experiences of what happen and I understand that and the reason why I gave 3 stars was because my child is 5,1 and they couldn't go on the water slides which made him very upset and the Workers were very Welcoming We had a party to go to and didn't know where it was and the Workers gladly took use to the party and one of the children slides was broken and they wouldn't care to fix it the Park its self isn't that bad I would not recommend but if your family is looking for any water park this is the one read more

We went to this small waterpark for my nieces birthday. Right when you are paying and signing in, (which is PRETTY PRICY FOR THE SIZE OF THIS PLACE) it Has a Strong smell of chlorine which I understand you need for water parks but I will explain more about that later. I was the only one of our group who didn't enter the water for personal reasons. I was just supervising the children and talk with the family watching them swim, we were there for about 6hrs. Very chill location, I had already thought about going back but I will explain why we will never attend again. 5 children and 1 adult in our group developed Hand foot and mouth disease from a couple days to a week after we attended. My youngest daughter who is six got it the most severe(she had to miss her first two weeks of school the following week. We went on a Saturday and my kids started school that following Tuesday). How I know it was this place is because the children have not started school yet and 3 other children with us live in Houston and that was the only location we met up to be together! The kids Area of this is very dirty, the water is just recycled through the bottom and brought back up. Bees surround the areas if you have any sweet drinks. There are swampy dirty water in the grass. The pool tiles are all falling off which is what I assume is happening because they are putting WAY to much chlorine in the water to expect that to clean whatever sicknesses or bacteria could be in that water. I feel they are not properly cycling it when the park is closed but just dumping loads of chlorine. Some pictures on Facebook and yelp are vey miss leading on how this place precedes itself. Don't be fooled! If you don't want your clothes completely bleach stained and your children contracting diseases. I would suggest not attending this place.
