I really appreciated that honesty. Then, on a Sunday afternoon, our daughter suddenly had very low water pressure. I texted Michael, and he replied immediately. He worked with her directly over the phone, walked her through the troubleshooting, and helped her get the pump running again right away. He saved us the expense and inconvenience of a service call. It's rare to find someone who does quality work, bills fairly, and is still willing to help when a problem comes up months later...especially on a Sunday.
