I called and Aresenio was out, same day within 45 min and began work to connect the water back. We had water within a few hours (even sooner) and I was pleasantly suprised how quick he had it finished. After a headache of a day, it was refreshing to have a competent person to deal with who was also genuinely sincere. I've been a customer of Culligan of Orlando since July 2018 when we moved into our new home. I shopped around and Culligan wasn't the cheapest, but was rated very highly, and they were very professional. when coming out to our home to do the presentation. I have continued to be extremely impressed by their service and the product quality in general as a customer. We went with their entire home system and their monthly maintenance, which has proven to be a real winner. Also, the reverse osmosis unit for under the sink for purified water has saved us quite a bit of money on bottled water. Most recently I had an issue where due to I believe an electrical storm, I needed them to come out, and they responded, arriving the same day, getting my system back operational. I usually talk to Sheena when I call and she is always polite and personable, and all the technicians are very professional as well. My wife met with Don today on the service call and she was very happy with the fact that he got the system back up and running quickly, and he explained things that we could do to help to keep the system operating at peak efficiency. If you are considering a whole home filtration system and/or monthly service on the system, I would highly recommend Culligan of Orlando.

I have been a Culligan customer in multiple states since 2016 when we purchased under the counter…read morereverse osmosis system. No problems with local New York dealer. Since we have moved to Florida and dealt with Culligan orlando every time we need assistance it is frustrating. I'm not sure if it's because we did not purchase the system from them, but they installed it for us at two locations... yet they never have proper records that show I have a re-mineralization filter. When I call each time I have to request this and often I am put on hold for an extended period of time. In the past when they have come out to replace the filter, they have not brought the mineralization stage even though I have requested it. I am again in need of new filters and the experience was the same. They did not have proper records and when I was put on hold for them to check their records, it was an extended hold time. We're talking 15+ minutes. Then once you are scheduled, they cannot give you a service window. You are told your service will be confirmed the day before. That is true with a recording that just states you will have service on the next business day. No window is given. I waited at the House house today all day, which is not a problem since it was my day to be at home. However, at 4:30 I still have not heard from a technician and so I initiated contact. I was told that my technician was running late on previous install, but that she had confirmed the tech he was still coming to my home. I had to initiate contact to know this. i was told if i wanted a window of arrival i could call them after 8 am day of service since they do not schedule until then. Again, I would have to initiate contact. At 6 pm technician had still showed so I called the them back and now received the after hours answering service. It took about 10 minutes for them to answer the call. I was told that unless this is an emergency, they would not receive the message until the next day. Add these issues to the fact that filters have increasingly gone up to the point that they're now over $400 and I am ready to get rid of my Culligan system. This is the only Culligan rep in town and I am no longer a customer.

Beautiful work. Very friendly tech with my family. I had two paver stones for him to use as a base and he installed the resin filters to perfect level with all new valves and disposed of my old unit. They intrigued me with their partnership with a gentle soap partnership so I am honestly looking forward to trying them out. I had some eco friendly soaps in the military so I know they can work especially with purer water.

We were dealing with very, very bad sulphur smell, pressure issues and sediment in our water system…read moreover a period of months. We had two companies "fix" the issue. Fixes ranged from replacing media to cleaning injectors, yet the problems came back over time. It wasn't until CFWT came out did we learn that due to the high concentration of sulphur and low concentration of iron, we needed a different type of media in the filtration system than the one installed. Alex, Andrew and Hunter did a great job of installing the correct components and completely resolve the issues. I can't recommend this team enough! Well done and thank you!

Guy showed up, I pointed out the sink that had been clogged for 8 months. He fixed it up in less than 10 minutes, and spent another 20 putting a new plunger plug in the sink so it wouldn't happen again. I pointed out a second sink that had stopped running, and he quickly assessed the problem as sediment that had built up in the faucet head. He offered to switch it out free of charge, but ended up not having the right size parts in his van. CLR ended up fixing the problem in about 15 minutes and the sink is finally running again! Good communication, quick labor, all told he was here for less than 2 hours. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely call them again for any future problems!!!
