I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. I cannot believe how poor the service was here. I had an appointment with Andres and he never showed up. I agreed to the quote that he provided me and he told me a date he was going to show up - but he never did. When I text him - he never bothered to respond. I was asking him to do the first phase and then I was going to add 2 more sides of the house, and increase the size of the project. The VALUES that you cite on your website are false. And it is all fake if you cannot even bother to reply to a text - at least say you are not interested, but to ignore me????? WTF. I will be spreading the word about your company and how you have no business ethics. I hope others steer clear of this company and that this post helps them select a honorable company. read more

I had an apoointment 3 times, and 3 times he was a no show. I wanted 4 different phases to do my very large home, and after accepting the extimate for phase 1, we had an aggreed to start date. I actually asked him specifically "When can I get on the schedule?" And he text me back and said "How about next week?" I said "Great - let's get it done. I am home every day so show up when you want to start". He never showed, and then when I text him about it - he never had the decency or the courtesy to even bother to reply to my texts. He gave me a price at the jobsite, we agreed on a price, he scheduled the work to be done 3 days later. On the 3rd day, the guys showed up on time and worked til they were done!!!!!! Andres has great work ethics and his workmanship is superb! He is on time and works until the job is completed perfectly. He makes sure the job site is picked up of all debris and clean once he is done with the job. All of the colors matched our house colors perfectly. They didn't try to force a sale or scare me with exaggerated problems. In fact, they told me I didn't need a full replacement -- just minor repairs. That honesty alone says a lot about their business. Most companies would have tried to upsell. About the complaint saying someone was "peeking through windows" -- they were INSPECTING THE ROOF. Roof inspections literally require looking at the edges and flashing near windows and eaves. That's how they determine damage. It's not "creepy," it's just doing the job someone requested. Also, any good roofing company will walk around, knock, check structure, and gather information before giving a final written quote. That's not suspicious -- it's thorough. Roofs aren't priced from thin air. If anything, I appreciate Peralta's Roofing even more for walking away from a job where expectations weren't reasonable. Honest contractors don't take every job, and that's a positive thing. I got straightforward pricing, pictures, and a fair repair. My roof is sealed, looks great, and they even cleaned up around my house before leaving. Respectful crew. Honest pricing. Quality work.
