So after looking around we came across L&R Roofing. We needed an inspection fast and the actual repair done even faster because the Arizona monsoon was about to be in full swing and we were incredibly stressed. Right off the bat during the inspection, Luis was so honest and told us we absolutely did not need an entire new roof and warned us not to let anyone try to sell us one. Nowadays it is so hard to find companies that truly want to help you rather than just make make a sale, so that was such a huge relief and let us know right away that he wasn't going to BS us. He also went above and beyond during that walk-through. Our home inspector had told us we only had one slipped tile, but when Luis got up there, he found a handful of them and just pushed them all back into place for us. Slipped tiles can cause such major issues down the road, so it was incredibly nice of him to do that. It made me feel so good that he was looking out for our whole roof and not just the one spot we asked him to inspect--honestly, he seemed way more aware of what was going on up there than our actual home inspector was! Since the mold was over a bathroom, he gave us a fair price to remove a section of the underlayment and check all the vents in that area, and we were super happy with that plan. Luis unfortunately had a family emergency come up, but he still made sure to coordinate everything with Victor, who managed to get us on the schedule the very day a big storm was supposed to hit. Victor and his crew showed up at 6 AM and were just so nice to work with. He explained the exact damage to us and took pictures of every single step of the process so we could see everything they were doing. The salesperson was very professional, but I'm certain we paid way more than if we'd have chosen a company that would have taken at least 2 days, minimum, so we could at least have a clue as to what occurred under the tile. Glad it's done but disappointed at not knowing or seeing what they did under the tile. Oh and I never received a detail estimate of labor and materials or tax charged. Disappointed that we didn't take our time with this purchase.

Skyler came by and looked at my job and gave me a straight forward honest assessment of what condition my roof was in. I originally wanted only the AC roof replaced and while looking at that, he noticed several parts of the roof were almost at the end of life. Although there was probably a year or more still left on the life, I decided to go ahead and get the re-roof done. He was very polite, honest and stated that he could do whatever needed to be done when they get into the job. He quoted me a price that was 2 thousand dollars more than my best estimates, but he stated that he would do whatever needed to be done when started. There turned out to be more rotten wood due to an ac leak a few years ago so there was more plywood needing replacement. He went and got all the extra wood and replaced it without any hassles. The previous roofers would not commit to that and I was told that any additional supplies would be more money. Skyler stayed in touch with me all through the process and communicated whatever issues were found, and once again was all inclusive i the estimate. they also replaced an additional 20 feet of facia boards that were not rotten, but warped, added additional roof tiles that were damaged, and blended the non matching tiles to my roof and left me additional for future in case they are needed. One more thing I especially liked was that the crew were very fast and knowledgeable on the roofing system I have. my wife was upset though that they made a very big mess all around the house with debris and dust and the kitchen was very dirty from the skylight being removed above the kitchen while blowing dust from roof. I would have expected this, but my wife is a clean freak so I don't think was an issue. After the job was done, the area was cleaned, hosed, and all debris was removed and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend them for more work and although they are new and not have many reviews here, I would not be discouraged by that as i said, they did a great job with everything. I waited to post this review until after the rain to see how it would perform. After all the wind and rain, there was not a single issue. All water drained, and the roof performed perfectly.
