Unlike any other contractor we've worked with, Prestige utilizes online/text message software to send invoices, confirmations, and even arrival time alerts. This was very helpful as we've been juggling between our work and family schedules. As this installation was done during COVID 19, we were more than thrilled to see Leo and his team really take their safety precautions seriously. Not only did their masks remain on throughout the project, but they even wore two layers of masks to make us feel more comfortable. In addition to the whole house filtration, we also had two reverse osmosis systems installed to filter our drinking water. Since we live in an area with severely hard water, we're really looking forward to enjoying these improvements!
