I've been coming to this location for the past 4 years. They do a great job cleaning the gallons before refilling them. The price is reasonable and the service is spot on. The only thing that I don't like about this place it that it's difficult to find street parking and they do not have a parking lot. Despite this, getting your gallons filled is an in and out ordeal. This water company is absolutely atrocious if they weren't the only company in the area I honestly would not even think about using them, and I would never use them again a day in my life. I ordered water a week ago and for 2 to 3 days, they kept telling me that they were calling me and I'm not answering. My phone was in my hand and no one ever even attempted to call me. I was home for days waiting and the driver kept labeling me as "no answer" after calling the office multiple times in a day to get updates on the delivery guys arrival he then stops answering even the stores call. I was missing appointments and wasting time waiting for this water cause as I'm looking out the window waiting for a truck the driver was not even in my area describing me as "no answer" It's a shame because I've been using this company for almost a year now but after 3 days I finally decided to give up on the company realizing that this guy really doesn't want to bring me my water because there's no way that only his calls are the only ones not going through on my phone.. fast-forward to this morning ( 6days after my initial call ) at 9:30 AM. I'm awakened to a phone call telling me "Water delivery" I told him I was expecting the water four days ago, He just kept repeating "water company" I hung up then the store calls me. I told them they promised me the water days ago and I no longer wanted to use the company and he just asked me do you want to cancel the order, as if I haven't made it obvious enough. They need new drivers cause other than the terrible service the water is okay from my knowledge. For some reason I feel as if the driver did this on purpose cause after day two of waiting for 3 five gallons to arrive I asked to speak to the owner and In order to tee me off he kept marking my delivery as "no answer " to inconvenience me. My family, friends and I will no longer be ordering water from here as long as they still have the same incompetent driver we no longer want him in our homes. The one star is for the fact that the water isn't terrible and for the nice gentleman answering the phone in the Paterson office the other day as I was explaining my frustrations was pleasant other than that I believe some nice healthy competition is just what this company needs to get their act together! Blue Star is the most amazing water delivery service I've ever used! I was a Poland Spring user for over 15 years but after their ridiculous price increases & horrible delivery service, I couldn't take it anymore. Thankfully, I found Blue Star who has hands down the best tasting spring water I've ever tasted & the most phenomenal customer service around! We live on the 3rd floor & the delivery man always carries all (5) 5 gallon bottles of water up the stairs for me, without having to ask. The office follows up with me every couple months with a personal phone call to check-in and ask when I need my next refill. My payment is done super easy over the phone. What a fantastic personal touch! No more annoying digital accounts with annoying confusing digital calendars. Plus now I am treated like a human being & loyal customer. Weird guy that works in the Belleville store, been going for years and the water sometimes tastes like chlorine, the Dominican tall 5'10 guy that works there never greats you, is always on the phone and has let the chlorine cloth get in my water. He's not approachable and mean mugs you, I thought he was the owner but someone told me he's not, there's no phone number to complain so I'll never come back to this place and risk my family to an insecure guy like this. Do not order water from here. The first two orders were fine. After that, I called three times. Each time they told me water would be delivered and it never was. Also, the last time we ordered 2 of the three bottles delivered had a wierd taste. When I called to let them know. They said a manager would get back to me but I'm still waiting for a call I've been dealing with this for two weeks. read more

I live next to belleville NJ and for a while I been wanting to stop by. So today was the day. The business is family owned and their customer service is great. The place is very clean and organized. I picked up my water cooler and 2 five gallon jugs for about $59 with tax included. I won't be going to home depot for my purified water anymore. They have alkaline water which is a big plus. Going to give their home delivery a try very soon. read more

I previously ordered water twice with no issues However I called for delivery on Friday Feb 28th and made it clear to the woman that I work Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and wouldn't be home until 6pm she confirmed that the delivery would come after 6pm. Delivery never arrived and so on Saturday I waited all day and no water arrived. Monday and Tuesday passed still no water. I called Wednesday night March 4th to ask about the delivery and ended up having to reorder for delivery on Thursday. I took the day off and called Thursday's morning to confirm the delivery the same woman told me the driver would arrive in 10 minutes. Hours passed and no water arrived. I called again and she refused to take my calls (obviously she has caller ID) my mother I. Law called and she answered and said that I canceled the water from last Friday which has nothing to do with the new order. By 6pm I was livid and ended up calling the New Jersey office spoke to a very nice woman named Gisselle who was unable to find my order she the called the driver in my area. As per the driver he was never given my order he has never informed my Friday order was for 6pm. The driver stated he would bring my order today Friday. Today I call again to confirm the woman is ignoring my calls. She calls my mother in law and says my account was taken away from her and I need to call back to NJ where I "complained" I called NJ and I'm getting an answering machine. It's now 1:15 pm it's been a week battling this order and I am furious. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. If I could give zero starts I would. I hope the owner of this company is informed that one of his representatives is not doing her job. read more
