Well, our well pump completely failed last week and the pump could not be replaced because it was stuck in the old metal casing, and new well had to be drilled. Needless to to say having no water would have been an issue but Ted sent a crew out immediately to hook up a 300 gallon fresh water tank with an independent pump system that allowed us to continue to have running water until they were able to get a new well drilled for us! This was literally a huge relief just knowing that we would have water even though our well was broken.
