Their selection is a little overwhelming in the best way. I came away with samples to take home and look at. I came back a second time because I still wasn't sure. One of the slabs I was interested in had been moved to the clearance lot and on our way to look at it, another slab caught my eye, one that I hadn't seen before in their main area. Kayla and Erin helped me in sales. I didn't feel any pressure and they were very informative and honest about the stones I looked at. They really listened to what I was looking for (tbh I had no idea) and then didn't make me feel cheap for selecting the clearance stone. I never felt rushed or like I was a big pain despite making THREE visits before making a final decision. I ended up with a leathered bianco romano granite that is absolutely stunning. I didn't do the template and the way my kitchen was designed was exceptional. Tyler did a fantastic job! Installation was GREAT. Tony and Rob were incredible. Very friendly and very hard workers. Felt totally comfortable having them in my house. The seams are almost invisible. I really have to hunt for them and can find them only because I i know where they are. I couldn't be happier!

I had paradise resurface our hardwood floors a few months ago. We chose a much lighter stain than…read morewe previously had as well. Here's how it went: First the good. Communication as to when they would be here was decent and they were dedicated to completing the job in a timely manner. They also did a great Job of keeping the dust down when they sanded. Then the wheels fell off. I was told the process included taking the baseboards off. These were not removed which left some areas where stain was left all over the baseboards and other areas where you can still see the older, darker stain up against the boards. A few times, I brought this up to the worker and they retouched that area, but not all the rest of the areas that had visible dark stain. They were not very discerning or proactive in their quality. Additionally, the Bona Commercial grade HD top sealer was supposed to be the hardest stuff on the market. It's nowhere close. We've had these floors for 11 years and never had any issues with dents, grooves, or gouges until this project. And third, the worker told me I should be able to be on the floors in about 3 hours. So in 6 hours, I started moving furniture back onto the floor and promptly noticed deep grooves and dents from doing so. I will say the original quote said 72 hours. But who thinks to go back to the quote to find this information? So I asked the worker and 3 hours was the answer. Now I have grooves in my floor. When I brought this up to Peter, he got very defensive and out of frustration asked "what do you want me to do?" It's a tough question. Do I go through this painful process again by starting over? Or do I just deal with it? I chose to deal with it. But make sure others who may consider them understand what could happen. In conclusion, I certainly do NOT recommend paradise flooring as they cut corners and misrepresent the quality of their workmanship and materials.

Their manner was top-notch professional and they produced a bid/quote that was very very reasonable and had sufficient details to put together an accurate estimate. The manager of our project was Khris and he knows his stuff. This was the best decision we made in the entire project. The flooring is the highlight of the whole remodel. This outfit has very good skills at doing almost anything related to floors. They partnered with some carpet installers and they were also excellent. I think their best expertise is in the wood, however. They have several skilled craftsmen (and women) they work with that all are outstanding, including Gary and J R and others. Having a number of tradesmen, they can accomplish alot in a very short time. Our biggest floor, the main floor, had only wood and they accomplished it in two days. We have already asked them to come back and help us with a few other floor-related projects in our rental property that we had not initially planned on, but feel we would like to take advantage of their expertise. The did explain I had to have plumbing disconnected which I was able to DIY (thank you youtube!) I knew switching from a double bowl to a single bowl that was also deeper would require more plumbing but well worth it. James and Miguel removed the existing laminate tops and had the new quartz with seam installed in 3.5 hours! The seam looks so good. I wanted to wait to review until I had photos with the tile backsplash but I am so impressed I am reviewing asap! I picked out my own sink and faucet and just made sure they knew what I wanted and again I am beyond happy. They also did a great job cleaning up!
