If asking questions before signing a contract leads to this kind of response, I'm not confident they'd handle a warranty issue or installation concern any better. Those are two different things. Owner claimes I asked for discount. 2. I asked basic questions any homeowner should ask -- can I see your COI, and will you respond within 15 days if something goes wrong after installation. 3. Instead of answers, the first response mocked me for doing research. The second canceled the proposal for "asking too much." 4.
