Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

And you can't speak to anyone except a mechanic, and then the person who fixed it and then a manager, it's ridiculous. they also seem to charge three times as much as anyone else, which, for a saltwater self cleaning pole, it's crazy. things are still broken on my pool, and I am still waiting for them to call me.

They are honest and extremely reliable. They keep a schedule for when the filter and the salt cell should be cleaned. The email I receive after each service lists the tasks they have performed. I experienced other companies who checks all the tasks where few of them were performed especially when taking into consideration the service person was only around for five minutes!
