They were also accommodating with my dairy allergy and the drinks they made were fantastic! I appreciated the crew prioritizing safety while keeping the environment exciting and fun. I loved it! There was free parking before arriving but the small fee at Cancun Bay resort was WELL worth the hassle of parking further and walking. Juanito met us out front and escorted us to the check in desk. We showed out prepaid receipt but still had to pay the $15 per person marina fee (which was advised prior to arrival). We all received a sealed snorkeling snorkel and Jose passed out the Mask to all that needed. Jose and Juanito were super! While on the Jungle Tour one of our boats lost power after we arrived at our diving spot. Jose called for a replacement boat and they switched boats before we had finished snorkeling. It was a bummer at first but Jose handled very quickly. I would recommend this tour for families and first time snorkelers. You get about 45 minutes of snorkeling and about 45 minutes of a great boat Tour. Back at the Marina all employees had on mask, social distanced, hand sanitizer and the bathrooms (banos) were clean and in great shape!!! There was a bar and restaurant but we didn't patronize. They also have locked lockers to rent for a very small fee and there is a free area storage on each boat that will hold a standard tote bag.

This was the best decision we have made since being here. We had a Sea Ray yacht for the whole day. Our crew was excellent and went over and beyond accommodating our family. They provided us with refreshments and made us fresh fish ceviche. We spent the day cruising, and sightseeing then swimming in clear waters and snorkeling. For 90 pesos ( roughly $4 USD) you get your choice of eggs, meat, OJ, coffee. That's a serious bargain. I mixed it up and got scrambled eggs with chorizo and got Grapefruit instead of OJ and opted out of coffee since it was already so hot outside. They also provide delicious tortillas. Totally worth every penny and more! Back home a basic breakfast like this would have run me close to $17, so it was nice to get a break for breakfast not costing you as much as other meals. The weather for this excursion prevented us from going snorkeling, so they just let us cruise in the fast boats for 2 hours thru the marinas, bays, shorelines and mangroves of Cancun. So much fun. We spent the morning getting ready for our noon tour, then took the bus to the location. Through a bit of overzealousness on our part, we arrived 45 minutes early, only to find out the tour was cancelled to do...maybe the wind? The boats and snorkeling weren't possible to go out. A few of us cancelled, but some decided they wanted to still do the trip the following day (our last day), but we asked them to please notify us in case it was cancelled beforehand so they didn't have to take another bus ride for no reason. I emailed the morning of, because of the strong winds all throughout the night. I did receive an email back, saying they hadn't heard if the tour was going to take place but I'd be notified in case of something had changed. Welp, those that were going had no choice to leave and hop on the bus for their tour...only to find out, the snorkeling part was cancelled, but they could do the boat ride if they wanted. Since snorkeling was their main reason for going, they decided to cancel. It would have been great to know this before hand. The refunds were processed pretty promptly and we were grateful for that, but it's a shame there wasn't much communication that wasted time (and money) that could have used for something else both times.

Snorkeling was amazing but equipment was cheap and not enough time to do it. The "exclusive" beach club was not nice at all. Food was mediocre at best and felt like we were eating at a mess hall. Basically this was a booze cruise, which is great for some, but it was not sold to us as such and it was a totally disappointing experience. It felt like a floating frat party with cheap alcohol and workers pouring tequila down teenagers throats.

We booked a reef dive online and received a confirmation email stating there is a discount for cash…read morepayments and that credit card deposits will be refunded upon receipt of cash (see picture). The port was closed so we could not do the reef dive and switched to cenote diving. We had to pay the difference in cost between reef diving and cenote diving at the dive shop. What was not made clear is that there are ADDITIONAL fees for credit card payments at the dive shop, not discounts from the stated amount. Despite stating in the email "exchange rate for the Mexican peso will be set by Google's posted exchange rate on the day of payment", we had to pay at an exchange rate of 22 while the Google exchange rate for the day was 19.93. We paid an extra $29 because of this. Staff assured me that I could email for a refund in the amount we overpaid, but no one ever responded to my email. I reached out on whatsapp and was told I could return to the dive shop the following day with cash. When I arrived the following day with cash (which I pulled out from the ATM specifically for this purpose), Maria was extremely unprofessional and stated that my requests for a refund were "a nightmare" and that I could not pay in pesos but had to pay USD. She stated that if I paid in cash with pesos, it would be at the same 22 exchange rate. The diving itself was fine and our dive instructor was actually fantastic, but my interactions with Maria and their unclear (and seemingly dishonest) payment practices left a bad taste in my mouth. Knowing what I know now, I would not have booked with Manta Divers.

At the Xenotes Tour, you get to enjoy four cenotes plus different activites at each: Ziplining, Snorkeling, Rappeling, Kayaking, Inner Tubes, and Cliff Jumping. There's also a photographer that is with us throughout the whole time capturing pictures of everyone in our group. They also provided two meals, the first one was pastries and beverages (water, soda, hot chocolate, and coffee) and the last one was a full on buffet spread (salad, cheese, meats, bread, water, soda and beer). Our tour guide, Manny was amazing and he made the trip very memorable. He was very helpful with my mother in law and my little son. He guided the group from beginning to end and made the trip to all four cenotes a breeze. We all had a fantastic time and we even purchased the pictures at the end. Aside from the photographer, I recommend bringing a water case for your phone and a GoPro! We got so many amazing videos with my husband's GoPro. I cannot express how fun this excursion was and would definately do it again. Tips: Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing on the bus and for after. Towels are provided. Bring cash to tip your tour guide for an amazing time. The cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle so cell phone service is not available.

The food you get at the Xenotes is soggy nuggets, soggy fries, simple pastries, and you only have 5 mins to eat before you have to move on. At lunchtime, on the taco menu with the package, you only got 4 out of the 8 tacos, and the tacos were horrible. They were dry and had almost nothing, and almost no flavor. And the salesperson was really pushy about everything. The photos were super expensive too. Over all fun experience but horrible food.
