It still is not fixed and you have to. Run around calling people for the next six months, which is difficult. no one ever knows what is happening. And you can't speak to anyone except a mechanic, and then the person who fixed it and then a manager, it's ridiculous. they also seem to charge three times as much as anyone else, which, for a saltwater self cleaning pole, it's crazy. things are still broken on my pool, and I am still waiting for them to call me.

Cannot be trusted to do what they say. No follow up and no calls. Unprofessional and extremely rude. He doesn't need your business. Call Ontime pool.
