Did mutter about "not liking" the piece of equipment I upfront specifically arranged for them to look at and then did nothing with it. I spent a few minutes myself looking at one of them and determined that a check valve was stuck closed. I spent another few minutes looking at the piece of equipment I asked them to and then the manual online and then solved that problem - actually it also solved the third problem as well. They did refund the majority of the cost. Agree it is rare equipment but it was specifically mentioned up front. Also, still no idea why the acid feeder wasn't worked on.

Last month, with our new roof, major changes had to occur with the solar panels which went smoothly. Hopefully, we will not have any problems with the new panels nor with their installation in the future. We expect to continue getting good service in the coming years for a reasonable price.

So I can only say that Ian was Not Good as a representative of GVA Pool & Spa. I really need some good pool service after the deluge of trees and leaves and bushes into the pool.
